We had an issue with our order and Meg was absolutely amazing at helping sort this, she offered two solutions straight away, always quick with replies and very helpful with everything! And has made returning our order easy, thanks so much! Dated for today but first made contact 18th of April.

Daughter's birthday skates.

Ordered on the Monday and arrived on the Wednesday. They haven't been tried yet but the Rio skates look great. Low boot style and look quite comfy as far as skates go.

Did reach out by email as I was concerned they wouldn't arrive on time. Meg replied quickly several times and was very helpful and polite.

I placed an order more than a week ago & paid express delivery.

It hasn't even been dispatched more than a week later, showing as "Processing" on their website. I got in touch with Meg and was told they were looking into it.

That was 4 days ago and I've heard nothing since, have tried to chase several times but haven't received a response or an ETA. There's no phone number to call for online orders, so I'm stuck!

I have had a problem with my delivery but the customer service have been really good. Meg was very helpful and helped me sort out my delivery issue and was quick with getting back to me.
