Waiting 2 weeks for my order, no updates.
Placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and received my OA but thought it was odd that I didn't receive tracking details after a week and contacted customer services.
I was advised due to supplier issues they're experiencing delays in shipping orders out but was essentially a generic copy and paste message. I asked about further details and when to expect my order which is where 'Meg/Katie/Daz' advised purchasing had found my order and was due to ship my order, shipping details were to follow. This was 4 days ago now and I've still not received any tracking details or notification of my order being shipped. I've emailed and contacted through IG but no answer.
Looking at simular reviews and reddit it seems Skatehut are experiencing issues dispatching orders but to keep their customers waiting with no further updates isn't right, most recent positive reviews seem fake and would definitely avoid going forwards.

Something fishy going on with this…
Something fishy going on with this business. I ordered an item a while ago and have not received anything, nor any customer service support to either get the order shipped or refunded. Lots of complaints are being raised on their socials, commentary on forums about the service and on here.
Oddly came on here a few weeks ago to see similar experiences from others only to see a flurry of positive reviews, all weirdly citing 'Meg' - clearly their only customer service rep - that look very sus. Contrary to their 'experiences', I found 'Meg' to be willfully unhelpful and ignorant.
Trustpilot have now flagged this business as using unsupported methods to get reviews and I suspect they're either incentives a positive review or management are ordering staff / families to write something positive to push the negative comments down.

Delayed item
Queried delayed item which was ordered on a next day. I had to chase when it didnt arrive which wasn't great. I did receive an email from Meg who was lovely and has refunded the carriage. Thanks Meg, great service.
Missed shipment resolved
After I flagged a late delivery (over a week late) it appeared that it had not been shipped. Meg sprang to action and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, with great comms. Great customer service. Thanks!

Delivery took a little longer than…
Delivery took a little longer than expected but Meg got it sorted and scooter is here now. Custom built - if you select the wrong parts they let you know and suggest what goes with what. Trustworthy and have just what he needs.
Express delivery took 5 days
I placed an order for Express delivery on a Sunday and was told to expect it to arrive the following Wednesday or Thursday. I received no notification about dispatch until the Thursday evening, which was disappointing. Delivery eventually arrived a day later than expected on Friday. Meg in customer services was fantastic. Apologetic for the delay and offered to refund the delivery charge. Happy customer in the end, but frustrating lack of communication about delivery delays.
