So my parcel was stolen from the yodel man leaving it next to a bin as opposed to my porch, far too difficult to open a door apparently. Anyway skatehut and specifically Megan was dealing with my case. After much back on forth yodel admitted there mistake and Megan helped me do this every step of the way. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for being so helpful

I recently ordered a set of DMR mountain bike pedals from SkateHut and had a fantastic experience despite a minor delay with the delivery, which wasn't SkateHut's fault.

Although my order was delayed, Megan promptly refunded my postage fee, which was greatly appreciated. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Highly recommended.

Ordered quite a few pairs of skates for the club. One of the sizes wasn't in stock but hadn't been updated on the website. Great communication from Skate Huts Megan Bidduph who alerted me to the issue, checked the stock for an alternative and gave a refund when there was no alternative available. Love skate hut. Skates always arrive on time and suitably packaged. Highly recommend

I ordered a pogo stick for my grandsons Birthday. Should have been delivered on a Tuesday. Told it would be delivered on Saturday. Did not arrive. I asked for a refund as was promised this if the goods did not arrive on the Saturday. Was told I would have to wait until the incompetent delivery service delivered it back to skatehut. Totally unacceptable. I am waiting on my refund. I would not recommend this company

Everyone I have corresponded with at Skatehut has been helpful, attentive and proactive during the frustrating experience of my missing order. I was informed about each stage of the process and once established that there had been a potential incident with the delivery service, a new item was sent to me quickly. I spoke with Megan mostly and found her polite and effective with my order

The items I ordered didn't actually arrive, although this has never happened before and I've used Skatehut many times. I'd like to give a huge thanks to Megan Biddulph at Skatehut, as her customer care was second to none, she guided me through the process to get a refund after apologising for the couriers error in (non) delivering. Megan was polite, efficient and reassured me to use skatehut again. Also, I'd have reordered the skates from them if I'd not already got a pair after my order not turning up, as I had an event I needed to wear them for. Bravo Skatehut, very happy with the service!
