First class customer service.
I purchased two items for my grandson but at separate times in the day. On hindsight I should have ordered them together which meant that I paid a cheaper combined postage.
Anyhow, I contacted Skatehut to see if my error could be amended before the two items were sent separately, but I was too late.
However having said this, Megan was still able to organise a goodwill gesture for me --- very impressed!

Simple to navigate through the website, find what we needed and order. After sales service was excellent. ‘Megan’ was quick to answer questions and support with further information - excellent and will buy from SH again. 👍🏽

I was having difficulty adding my voucher code and Megan's responses via email were really fast and helpful. Thanks!

Haven't received my order yet but I wanted to comment on the really good/helpful email thread I had with Molly today, I had many questions and she was able to answer in as much detail as she could which was very helpful! Excited to get my order and hopefully more in the future.

Amy sent me detailed instructions on how to fix the clicking noise on my son’s scooter. Excellent support!

We were really disappointed to find the wheels missing from the box and were also expecting the wheel plug to come with the shoes. We were eventually passed to Amy who sorted the issue swiftly and although the wheel plug didn’t accompany this particular product, she added these in too. Thank you Amy, my daughter is finally delighted with her birthday present!

Amy was a brilliant displayed excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble, I asked a million questions as don't have a clue about scooters. Just trying to fix my sons scooter to get him off fortnite.

We ordered a bike for our son’s birthday and after we set it up I noticed there was a problem with the front brake pads. I called customer service and spoke to Amy who was so kind and helpful and it turned out to be a really simple fix. We could’ve ordered off of Amazon or somewhere else but I wouldn’t have got top notch customer service like I got today. Thank you Amy! My son is going to be chuffed to bits with his new bike! 😊

We ordered a custom build scooter and struggled with some of the assembly. After reaching out to Amy at SkateHut she was straight on the case to support me!!

We bought an electric go kart from skate hut which had a damaged wheel when it arrived. Skate Hut costumers service was fantastic to get these problem resolved and we have now received a new wheel. Thank you to Amy at Skate Hut for all your help.

Had to exchange an item due to damage in transit and received excellent customer service. Had swift contact from two members of the team - Amy and Jess - who arranged for the original item to be returned and a replacement shipped out to me with extra-speedy delivery. Couldn’t have been more impressed.

I ordered inline skates for my Grandson, i was advised the skates had been delivered by Yodel, i wrote to skate hut and explained that i had not received the skates and the picture they sent of proof of delivery was not my porch.
They later said that the driver had said i acknowledge receipt of the goods, this was a total farce, as 3 days later a neighbour from 5 doors away knocked on my door to give me the parcel that had been delivered to him at the wrong address.
My point is Skate hut didn't question the delivery firm yodel but just took their word for it and dismissed mine.
With a message well at least you got the skates albeit 3 days late for Christmas, i will never recommend this company to anyone

Really poor customer service, can’t get through on phone, doesn’t bother to reply on email, bought a go kart for my sons birthday, next day delivery to be here on or before the 19th December. Still hasn’t come, didn’t arrive for birthday or Christmas. Would never order again it was so upsetting to see my son go with out.
