I recently order 2 x "Bioderma Sensibio Light Cream" on your website. When I ordered this product on your website, it was listed as the "Bioderma Sensibio Light Cream" and the photo was of the Bioderma Sensibio Light Cream. However, I received a different item (the Bioderma Defensive Cream) which does not work for my skin.

I understand the company has replaced the Light formula with this new Defensive formula , but they are NOT the same and should not be interchanged for one another without the customer being notified first.

I see you have changed the photo and description of this item on your website since I placed my order. But when I placed the order, you still had the old information on your website. So it is not my error. It is yours. And given this, I believe you should pay for my return shipping, not me. (I was told by customer service that I have to pay for return shipping. And I am not okay with this, as I received a different product from what I ordered.)

I have not received the item I ordered two weeks ago and have not had any shipping updates. Plus I am getting emails from SkinLovers but they are in Spanish which I don’t read! Not a great experience for a first time customer!

ORDER #INT4810 MY SHIPMENT PACKAGE WAS BROKEN OPEN DURING SHIPPING, 6 BOTTLES WERE BROKEN OPEN, I CLEANED THE REST OF THE ORDER AND ADVISED BY E MAIL, I SUPPLIED THEM WITH COPIES FROM THE POST OFFICE AND A PICTURE OF THE BROKEN CONTENTS, THEY WERE TO SHIP THE 6 BOTTLES, AGAIN THE PACKAGE WAS BROKEN OPEN AND REPACKED BY THE POSTOFFICE, I ADVISED THEM AND SUPPLIED THEM WITH THE LETTER FROM THE POST OFFICE, I ONLY RECEIVED 1 BOTTLE NOT 6, I E MAILED THEM TWICE AND NO RESPONSE.

So far no item has been received. The communication is insufficient. No tracking number has been provided. I have no idea if I will receive the item or no

I never received confirmation of purchase, nor shipping information. And I haven't received the product. Pretty sure this website is a scam

Hi. I wanted a daily facial sunscreen. Howe ever it was not clear from the advertisement that this is a tinted foundation. Unfortunately I ordered two of the same products becasie it was a long shipping time. I will not be using them. :(

I order something and the package got stolen, I was in contact with customer service for more than a week and they stopped texting back and didn’t give me an answer regarding the problem, never ever gonna buy anything from here and I don’t suggest anyone should do it either.

Still waiting delivery of my purchase. Purchased on Jan. 13. It is now Jan. 28 and product is yet to ship with no communication from the company other than the fact that my order is confirmed.

Still waiting. 3 weeks later. And I paid like 10$ for shipping one item. I’ve emailed and barely any response. It’s like they didn’t read the email. I will never ever order anything from this site again.

Even though I chose the cheapest shipping just for trying for first time ever
buying at an online store, everything was amazingly fast. The package came in 9 days, i mean, it crossed two continents. Also, the items I ordered came in perfect condition.
