603796903 Order number Icouldn’t have imagined it would get…
Now that I left the review they no longer reply. I spent $140.00 and have nothing to show for it! DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. They now(daily) send me offers to buy other products from them.
I couldn’t have imagined it would get worse. Another product was sent out after they saw the review online. The second product came exactly as the first. Old, leaky and defective. Have sent approximately 30 emails to their customer service, including all the information they ask me for photographs, phone number And order number. Now they have just gone radio silent. So I have two leaky old defective products. And cannot reach anybody about it. The worst customer service of any company I have dealt with.

Total scam and fraudulent company
Total scam and fraudulent company. First of all you can find the same products from other places for 1/3 of the price. Yes, still new, still mfg sealed in the box for the exact same product. Second, it is impossible to return anything with this company. I tried for 3 weeks, the website never worked and "customer service" would not help me. The website kept saying my order number was invalid and I had copied and pasted it from the email these con artists had sent to me - tried numerous times to manually create an RMA for me and they wouldn't do it. Probably one of many reasons they have a rating of an F on BBB and had to change their company name. It's not even about the $$ anymore, it's about the fraudulent business practices of these scam artists.

First impressions are very good!
This was my first time purchasing from SkinStore and as it happens, during my purchase process I got into difficulty using a code so also used their customer chat. The service team were very polite and able to find a way to resolve my problem. I’m now looking forward to receiving my order but so far very pleased and also impressed with their extensive product list.

They don’t ship the correct quantities and will charge you for more items. Customer support are rude and not really helpful at all.

Would give zero the took 4 days to email that the order was delayed then no word. I finally had to call to find out that what I ordered wasn’t even in stock. They should never sell anything they don’t have.

I was confused as I began my order on Deciem.com and ended up at Skin Store for finalizing the purchase. I was unsure whether something bonafide had happened — had I been hijacked in some way?
