I was looking for a new phone when i stopped by sky desk and got approached by Terry who was very kind and professional. I found what I needed thanks to Terry.

Terry was a pleasure to be dealt with to get out a new phone contract. Very informative and funny to talk to. It was a pleasure to be dealt with by him.

Terry has provided us with amazing service. We had recently left sky to go to EE and immediately had an awful experience.

Visited Sky retail store at Hempstead Valley in Gillingham Kent today as needed to switch from Virgin Media. Massive thanks to Ian who was so incredibly helpful, he went well above and beyond giving us information about everything we needed to know and more to help with our unfortunate issues and he set us up with a great Sky package. Sky should reward him ! Thanks Ian, it was a pleasure to have met you.

Terry was very helpful and polite and ran through everything with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy which some sales people are.

Only downside was sitting in direct sunlight while getting it all sorted. Need to move the stand or put some covers up to block. It's quite uncomfortable.
