Very poor technical support by skyhost

Very poor technical support by skyhost. Pk
My website is down since 5 days. I contact them and tell them the issue in support ticket.
But they did not respond. I again open the support ticket after two days but still there is no response. I have make them calls many time but they did not answer. Their support services did not answer me on whatsapp and emails too.
If you are thinking to buy their services think twice before take any decision.
