skyhost.pk very bad services and no response on support tickets and chat my websites are goes down since last 3 days

After payment they didn't bother to activate account, not responding to any message, not taking anything serious.
Worst company

They are an unethical company, I bought their VPS server but it stopped working. I have been messaging and calling them for 7 days but they don't reply, and they cancel my calls. I messaged them about the issue but they said it was fixed while I don't think that they even checked, and that was the last time they messaged me. I don't understand why they would do this on a monthly service. I think they were so happy to get the first month's payment that they never cared about 2nd month.

Since 30-jun-2023, I am asking thru email,live chat,whatsapp and what not to reply by email but ZERO reponse. My fault is that I ahve paid them renewl fee for the perion 01-OCT-23 to 30-SEP-24 in ADVANCE, It was a good comapny but I don't know what went wrong. I have live data with them. Really very worried

Worst experience. They have no customer service and they don't even bother if your business is dead because of them. The most useless servers they are using and the most useless company. I wasted my money but please don't you.

They are paying their new customers pkr 300 rs to get 5 starts on google. lol. And i wondered google is not publishing 1

star mostly, they are only publishing 5 stars. maybe they are paying to google ads or whatever. but their services is full

of pathetic and worst. They don't have any professional staff in their office to talk or discuss anything about problem or

services. They don't know how to run this business. Once you pay them for domain registration/transfer/renewal they will

suddenly disappeared. And don't pick your phone calls or reply you. Their cpanel license gets expired every month which

causing emails delivery problems. I lost my major business and clients just due to their neglency. Clients are now abusing me becuase their servers are not responding and they scammers are not updating you anything. just like they are thieves.

some govt anti-scam company must take some action and cancel their license asap. they are using nulled cpanel and showing cpanel partner logo on their website. scam scam and scam. I will be very thanks full if trust pilot shows my reviews so other users can be careful. I have requested them for refund more than 2 months but still they are not processing it. so this review is to get you up from sleep.

These people don't know how to do ANYTHING. They are extremely unprofessional and behave like thieves. Never reply and even pick up your calls after taking your money.

I am trying to contact them for 4 days now. They dont respond to calls, emails and chat. My domain is down and they are not responding.

I had a reseller plan with them pathetic service the clients were mad at me due to frequent server down I have shifted now to HAT INC

i have bought a hosting and domain from them and paid by my card and found error then I paid then by jazz cash and latter found my card is also charged by skyhost . I called them and they want me to issue a tick . issued the ticket but got no response. few days latter i called again and got same response we are looking into this . then i got an email for acknowledge that "Refund is in process. You will get refund in 7-10 working days. " till date not response i called them and want the status and getting response its a auto process you will get refund by the bank . while there is no such system that bank or merchant such auto refund . they can only charge my while the accept the payment. while asking this question the so called manger named Ali say jo karna hea kr lain . . be careful of such scam people.

It was perfect decision that I chose skyhost.pk webhosting and vps servers for all my domain and needs .they are highly recommend team of professionals always ready to give support and solve problems in mintues even they will help if error was not on their end i am thankful for there services in this cheaper price
