SMR were extremely flexible even with a limited number of drivers available at the time. Communication was fantastic and very friendly throughout both verbally and via text messaging. I picked up Sean at the agreed time from the train station allowing the test drive to start right away. He was very thorough in explaining how it all worked and also very thorough during his inspection of the car.
After his appraisal we finalised all the paperwork and finances, paying the full Mororway bid amount within 15 minutes with continued communication until all the confirmation from DVLA & PCP settlement company had been fully documented a few days later.

Really quick and smooth experience with SMR, whole process only took a couple of days to sort and the collection of the vehicle and paperwork associated was completed in around an hour. Good communication throughout and no quibbling over quotes, overall a very positive experience.

From the moment Justin Steele contacted me to discuss buying my car, I was impressed. He didn't offer me a silly price (as others did), his offer was fair market value. Even though my car was being auctioned on Motorway and was less than Justin's offer, he stuck by his offer. He was extremely personable, efficient and professional and explained the process step by step. I didn't have to do anything except provide evidence of documentation etc. The sale was all completed within a few days of first communication. My impression of a car dealership has changed.
