Just as other reviews below, I also ordered a pair of doc martens at black friday and since then, I received no information on shipment, delivery or any updates regarding the order. I sent emails, tried to contact them via WhatsApp and their phone number but no one returns to my efforts. Having been saw them online in WhatsApp several times and not answering any of the messages, I started to think that I am scammed. I can honestly say this is by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and strongly advise nobody to buy anything from this website.

I ordered Dr. Martens on 29 November. After waiting over a almost a month I still did not receive my boots. I am extremely disappointed in this company, as they promised to at least notify me when they send my boots. Then they stopped answering my messages and at this point I hope to least get my money back. This website is a waste of time

Ordered Dr.Martens on Black Friday weekend and after the order confirmation email have heard nothing. Tried calling, emailing with no response. Am very dissappointed, have previously had great service!! Think I will soon contact my bank.

Ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago.
As i receive no shipment information i contacted them and as the delivery was going to be delayed a lot more (total more than a month), I decided to cancel. I have contacted them with any possible way to cancel my order, nobody is replying anymore.I wonder if i will ever get my money back. I would understand if they are busy, but let the customer decide if they want to wait that long and don't have the shoes "available". You can state that is out of stock and delays may occur. At a second stage, the legal period for a refund is 14 days. It s been almost a week and I have no update or a confirmation of receipt. If the reaction in my refund was quicker I would trust that is a matter of stock now I just think I got scammed. Worst experience ever

I understand that you were very busy but Ive placed an order december 1st and still don't have anything, no sign of a sent mail, no contact, nothing. The least sneakershop.nl can do is stay transparent to their costumers instead of sending the same exact scripted reply to everyone on your social media and turning off al your customer service lines because you don't want to deal with the problem. You can't blame people for thinking the site is a scam.

I ordered Dr. Martens on black friday weekend, never got confirmation of shipment, was told on phone that it will take up to 2 weeks as they are expecting the order from Dr. Martens. It seemed sketchy to me so I have contacted Dr Martend if they are even affiliated with this eshop. They told me they are not and I should ask my bank to get money back. Sneakershop promised me to refund me, so now Im waiting and hope for happy ending.

Quick service and returns. The buying process interface could be refreshed though!

Just paid for some expensive shoes, the website is down just days later, no sign of the shoes and no way of tracking them. Good luck trying to contact the support team, i have left over 20 emails and only recieved one reply. They have multiple websites which look the same but have diffrent addresses, so just watch out for the logo. I am certain i have been scammed. Do not believe their witty replies as they are just covering up their scam. Please search “ is esneakershop a scam” on google and you will find all the sites will tell you that they are. Do not fall for this or you will lose your money. Do no believe their reply to this review either.

Still waiting on my order, ‘guest tracking’ just states ‘processing’ and has done for two weeks now! No update, nothing!

Watch out they scam their customers! I ordered shoes which didn't fit, send them back in time, received an email that they got them and are going to give me a refund. That was 2 months ago! I emailed them multiple times and they kept promising to send the money back which didn't happen until now. They treat their customers just horribly, worse they scam them!
