Bad experience
Ordered a pair of Merrell shoes on March 1st. 18 days later still nothing, despite multiple promises that the shoes were about to ship. I can't imagine dealing with a return. Eventually opened a PayPal dispute due to lack of communication and response when I asked for a refund.

Fast reliable and cheap
I found a Dr. Martens boot at a very good price. I tried to pay with Paypal but apparently something was broken on the payment flow. I contacted the customer service and they reacted incredibly fast to solve the technical issue. Product received the day after. Amazing. Keep up the great job!

Shipping took a week, while it should've been at most three days, according to them.
Pretty self explanatory: Item was sold as 1-3 days of shipping. It took a week before they shipped it. In the meantime, I sent an email asking with an update and they never got back at me.
