My order was 8 days over due!! Which led me to go out and purchase another pair of work shorts somewhere els. All they could offer was a snickers T-shirt or a postage refund which is not good enough!. That’s the last time I’d be ordering from here!

The products are excellent quality and great value.
On the rare occasion I have had to deal with sales staff they have been polite, friendly and super helpful.
Can’t recommend the products and the company enough.😊👍

so great to deal with, efficient. they didn't have stock of some products but let us know immediately and gave us options to wait or replace what we were after. Highly recommend. excited to get our products when they arrive in Australia!

I knew the size code for what I wanted, so it was easy to find on the website, as I was replacing some previous work trousers I used for water treatment works.
The payment was simple and the delivery was very fast. Highly recommend.
Good durable trousers that last

Ordered good to be told they weren't in stock, and then when goods arrived were completely wrong size.

What a bunch of time wasters

I recently ordered from Snickers Direct, and while it took two weeks to receive my Snickers trousers, the delay was entirely my fault. I accidentally ordered the wrong style (Snickers 6341 instead of Snickers 6241).

The team at Snickers Direct went above and beyond to help me. They updated my order to the correct trousers in my size and style which were actually more expensive, but they didn’t charge me extra due to the wait time. Their customer support was excellent. they kept me updated via email throughout the entire process and were incredibly polite and helpful.

Overall a fantastic experience with a company that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

Had to wait 3 weeks on delivery even thought they said 2-3 day for delivery, sent message and was ignord. Had placed an order for £250 and they said they had to order the item in and it would be a few weeks before it would be sent to me. They don't even have stock they are a 3rd party suppler. don't waist time with they find someone that will send int the time rame they say
