Very helpful costumer service

Good product but you’ll most likely wait 2 weeks to receive it. Not in stock but only lets you know after you paid.

Just a few days after ordering I received an email from Carol informing me that the safety boots I had ordered were no longer in stock. She identified a replacement, half the price of the original pair but very suitable, which arrived the next day

Hard to rate something that hasn’t been received yet. Ordered two pairs of trousers and only after I’d paid was sent an email saying there out of stock. Could have still sent the other ones. 7-10 working days

The staff in the shop same again brilliant set of people had the poor lad running round for me and he always stayed professional and continued to smile. Found my new workwear place.

Bought a pair of Solid Gear Revolution 2 GTX Safety Shoe Trainer, very light use as I am a gas engineer and run my own business and just in houses and only 10 months old, started to fall apart contacted as was just under a year, sent pictures through email and was told basically they will do nothing waste of £210!! Would not recommend to people I no in trades!!

Took way too long to get these pants given the price I had to pay.

Material feels substandard, threading isn’t finished in many places. Seems to be a giant quality control issue with this being my first order and them sending me jacked up clothing. Here I thought the British learned their lesson in WW1 & WW2.
