Great customer service, good value, and reasonably comfortable.
I travelled with Snow Express in March, and arrived in France the day that resorts were closed, and evacuation required. My return ticket was booked for two weeks later. I was able to contact Snow Express late on Saturday evening, and they arranged travel back to the UK for me the next day at no additional cost. Great customer service, good value, and a more comfortable journey than I had expected. I'll use again.

Can't complain!
Bus was on time there and back. There are USB charging points in the seats now which great. Can't really beat the value, especially with the luggage allowance

An easy relaxing way to travel to the Alps for a Holiday
I have travelled with Snow Express three times now and have enjoyed the ease of not having to go to an airport.
My last two journeys were well explained by the driver, being clearly told where we were stopping on my way to Tignes.
Although this time I would have liked the drivers to have been a bit more communicative going to Chamonix in how long it was going to be to your destination, and the names of the different stops along the way.
Saying that it was sting a very pleasant journey going there and back and would definitely recommend Snow Express.

Thanks for the review! Our bus service tries to be as direct as possible to the resorts with the coach as comfortable as we can make it. We always recommend clients bring anything they may think they need such as ear plugs, eye masks, blankets etc.

London, Victoria to Valdisere
I took the coach from London to Valdisere. It was a comfortable enough ride with the drivers quite communicative and helpful. I had the unfortunate experience of having my trip cut short due to Corona virus. Snow express were very prompt in arranging a replacement coach the next day and provided a convenient return service with no extra charges. Would certainly use their service in future once skiing resumes.

Good organisation and value for money
I was impressed with how well organised the trip was e.g. with change over of drivers etc.I damaged my knee whilst skiing and on return snow express helpful in reserving me a downstairs seat, pointing out where were the lifts on the ferry.
I could not always hear the announcements.
Some overhead baggage storage would have been good,
I was not sure staff always knew if everyone had returned after rest stop so I worry about being left behind,
And I was so relieved (!) the coach had a loo which miraculously remained c lean throughout the trip

As many of us are skiers ourselves we understand the frustration of an injury on the slopes and we hope our staff can make your journey as comfortable as possible to get home. Thanks for highlighting the point about rest stops.
On returning to the bus after a rest stop the driver is assigned to count the passengers on and we ask everyone to be responsible of themselves and surrounding passengers. In the unlikely scenario that you think someone has not returned to the coach it would really help to inform the driver immediately.

On the whole it was a reasonable…
On the whole it was a reasonable experience. The drivers were very good, helpful and careful, and the guy who collected us together at Victoria was great. We had a nail biting time wondering if my daughter, whose train from Glasgow had been cancelled, would arrive in time, and he was as helpful as possible in the circumstances. She arrived with minutes to spare!
I am withholding a star because, having been promised a brand new coach with all mod cons, we found we had been relegated to a much older one with few, and I got very little sleep

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee it will be the exact coach as advertised in the picture on our website but all our coaches are of the highest standard with toilet facilities, comfortable seating, USB charging points and WiFi. Apologies that you did not get enough sleep, we always recommend to bring ear plugs, eye masks and blankets etc. or anything you may think may allow for a more comfortable overnight journey.
