I you don't mind overnight in a coach this is a great way to get to your ski resort

Comfortable coach, went where I needed it to. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Online booking very easy thanks to simple and effective site. Prompt email updates to advise when timings changed slightly. Prompt change of tickets when one member of party had to pull out. Best of all, a helpful person on the end of a telephone line when we had a query.
Coach journeys are long, especially when you are in the "older" bracket. But all the transfers worked smoothly, and the fact that the skibus up to our resort was included in the price, and booked for us, was a real bonus. We would definitely use again.

Great option if you’re on a budget. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coach has USB ports.

Would have given more stars if you had a more premium option with coaches with seats more space and greater reclining. Found it difficult to sleep as my head kept lolling about.

Prompt easy and simple! Staff were very kind when I left a pillow on Board and they kept it and gave me it on my return! 100% would recommend very easy and hassle free

Really good. On time, clean, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Only thing I could suggest would be more detailed information on when/where they are going to stop at service stations & for how long, so you can plan ahead better. Loved having USB chargers. Wifi was a bit flakey but what do you expect on a bus. Will definitely be using again.

Although cheaper than flying and better for the environment it’s far from luxury. I was so uncomfortable that I strained my neck and had to take lots of drugs for the first few days of my holiday. They don’t actually turn the lights off so take an eye mask or something to block out the light. They also didn’t drop us as the ucpa, we had to take a funicular and then bus which wasn’t fun with neck pain and all my kit. I definitely won’t be doing this again which is a shame.

It is convenient to leave from Central London in the evening and get dropped of in the Alps, however the coach is not comfortable enough for 18hours travel, the seats don't recline enough so you can sleep, there is no leg room, wifi doesn't work or is painfully slow.
I expected a more comfortable coach for such a long journey.

Members of staff are brilliant, very helpful and polite.

I have been using Snow Express to travel to French Alps for years and it has always been smooth and pleasant.
This year, however, during the return journey, after the stopover in Bourg en Bresse, the new drivers left at exact time or slightly early without checking that everybody was on board. I was walking to where I thought I would find the bus, when I met the previous drivers who rang the new drivers. The bus came back to pick us up. When I got on it, I checked the time and it was 4 minutes (only!!) after the designated departure time.
So be careful. While the drivers from Bourg en Bresse to the Alps (the father / daughter combo) are lovely, the ones closer to home are happy to leave you 'as you stand' in the middle of the night in winter at a service station, without coat, phone or money.
