Staff and service excellent
Right from booking, the staff were so helpful. We were a family of 5 travelling the busiest week of the year at Feb half term. Everything was so well organised getting on & off coach. One child has additional needs, and the staff were so considerate of this, making sure we had seats together and seats that best met the child's difficulties, reserving these for us there and on the way back and giving priority boarding. This turned what is normally a very stressful travel situation for the family into a calm and much easier experience. I can't thank them enough.

The only thing maybe was when I went straight to the main Victoria Coach station, I had to ask around where the meeting point was. Perhaps it was me I asked the wrong staff etc. I followed 3 young guys with ski gears who were also trying to find out but managed to check or call the company on their iPhone the correct details.

Great travel option
Great option for 'budget' travel to the alps. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the coaches are as comfortable as a long haul coach could be!

Good journey spoil by hooray henry passengers!
3rd time my wife and I have travelled with Snow Express. Very efficient, kept good time, comfortable new bus. Would be 5 stars except we had the misfortune to be seated (outward and return) at the back of the bus next to a group of half a dozen hooray henry university students who drank (against your rules), covered the bus in litter and spent most of their waking time discussing their (mythical?) sexual encounters. They were warned by your staff about their drinking and we did ask them to tone down their conversations, but to no avail. Not sure we would book again unless we could book seats (away from the back of the bus!).

Could not recommend enough!
It was a very pleasant experience. Much more so than I would have expected from that many hours on a coach. I was very happy with the generous leg room, comfy reclining seats, and usb ports for charging my phone. The staff too, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using this service again when I next ski, and will be recommending to everyone. Now I've experienced it, it seems the only logical way to travel!

Please ensure toilets address equipped…
Very comfortable and affordable. They were very kind and caring cardigans allowed me to have 2 seats to keep my injured knee straight.
Please ensure toilets address equipped with basic needs and all usb ports actually work.

Sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with us. Unfortunately during peak weeks the bus does fill up and despite having above average leg room, it can seem crowded. Of course the airports are extremely busy during these weeks too, as is the nature with the travel industry for peak season weeks.
