The Bamboo socks are a real hit with my husband as are the boxer shorrs, both are well made and so comfortable, especially the comfort top socks whuch do not sock marks on the legs. There is also a great variety of colours to choose from. Hughly recommend both items.

Same as others have said, i wore a pair of the ankle socks once for less than 3 hours and they already have a hole in them...not great :(

This is the Sockshop at Arndale Center Manchester. It is a wonderful little very well-stocked shop. There are lots of magnificent socks suitable for any occasion. The owner is very kind and helpful. I enjoy every visit.

Socks started getting holes in at the heel after one use. Awful quality products and bad customer service.

Edit: only after multiple emails and submitting this review did you issue a £4.50 refund on a £4.99 purchase.

Great company,I have bought endless items from this store and never had a problem until today,I bought casual matching top and bottom shorts and the top was very faded it looked like different colour but had a word with sock shop and they issued me another pair of my choosing so I’m very happy of course,definitely recommend after being well treated like I was.👍👍🙏

Well, everything arrived as ordered except the free gift that I was eligible for. Socks seem good although not worn any of them due to hot weather.

Terrible product. Socks that develop holes and worn patches after half a dozen wears. Bought over 25 pairs for Christmas 2025 they are worn in rotation and five pairs already worn through with bald patches and holes. Customer service polite enough but do not resolve problems just brush you off with excuses. I’d not recommend these cheap thin socks.

I just wish I had read these reviews before I purchased, the quality is shocking, I bought three pairs of ankle socks and so far the the two I have actually worn have ripped in exactly the same place

Shocking customer service from start to finish. Zoe needs to have a change of career. Just responding to emails parrot fashion, ignoring all the issues is not good customer service by any measure. When asked to be referred to someone else, response was she was the customer service manager!!! God help you all.!! Socks i purchased bobbled excessively, really disappointing quality.

I'm disappointed that I can't find what I want on the Sockshop website, which is reasonably priced, plain black, cotton-rich, logo-free, women’s short socks. I would like them to be available in single packs as I don't like the waste involved in buying multipacks that turn out not to be suitable.

For more than 15 days are unable to locate my order , and to provide me a link in order to check the status of my order.

I bought several pairs of their bamboo socks and they don’t last long at all, especially in leather shoes. There are soon holes in them. Won’t be buying from the company again.

Order arrived & seemed fine. However one sock developed a large hole in the cuff after 1 wear & wash. So I contacted Sockshop & chatted with a rep over Chat. After seeing photos of the hole she said they’d be in contact soon. I’ve heard nothing over the past 2.5 weeks. Nothing at all. If you’re reading this review please get in contact regarding an exchange.

I returned my part order via tracked post using a RM returns label provided by Sockshop. I did not receive a refund and the parcel was still at RM parcel hub. I contacted Sockshop and asked them to investigate but Zoe replied that RM were responsible. I phoned RM and they confirmed that under the contract Sockshop have with them, as part of their terms and conditions, Sockshop pay for the return if the parcel does not reach it’s destination. I wrote back to Zoe but she did not reply. I will not be buying from this company again.

The products are good but the Customer Services Manager has forgotten what her title means. She makes it her mission to be as obstructive as possible. Shame as products good.

Bought the bamboo knee high socks. They are so comfy and fit well. They came before target date which was surprising bonus!

These socks are a poor man's pringle sock.they dont have same finesse as pringle and cushioned part is very poor also.if you wear pringle dont buy these they are disappointing.
