I've got panels for a month now with really bad weather and little sun. But still the panels are working beautifully and I'm very satisfied about my being able to monitor the outcome via the app on my pc.

Fast and efficient installation. Safety precautions were taken for the assembler and no scaffold was needed, due through an robot taking up the panals over a ladder. Everything worked fine even without supervision.

The technicians arrived on time and introduced themselves to us before the started to work.
Experienced team which worked very well together.
No shortcuts during installation and the installation went without problems despite the bad weather.
The technicians worked as safe as possible while installing the solar panels.

Our experience with SolarNRG was mediocre. First the calculation of the roof area went wrong, which made it so that they thought we could fit far more panels than what was actually possible. Now that the solar panels have been placed, they do not lay very neatly, but some differences in heights can be seen. It is not terrible, but I have not seen this anywhere else. After complaining about this, they said nothing could be done about it.

The panels do work as expected, and appointments were kept.

Everything went very smooth and fast on the day of making our solar system on the high part of the roof of our house. There was good contact with the persons installing the system and everything required from us was clear and easy to prepare.

Very efficient installation of the system and everything around it. The only remark: the promised arrival of the crew was 12 with a possible delay of three hours. Shortly after 15 o'clock, I called. 'You can still expect them. 16:30 they finally arrived.
Apart from this: only compliments.

The preparatory contacts with SolarNRG were by telephone. In itself, those contacts went well, but it would have been more pleasant for me if the inspection had been personally at my home address.

The work itself (adjustment of the electrical distribution box on one day and the installation of the solar panels on the following day) was carried out in accordance with the agreements made.
The employees were friendly and personable. Everything was discussed on the day of the installation of the solar panels. Therefore, no surprises afterwards. Everything went efficiently. And as far as I can judge, professional.
