Very impressed throughout. Extremely quick responses to queries, very well informed and helpful staff at every stage.
Installers were especially good.
System they installed works a treat, far better than predicted. Would recommend to anyone.

Solar Plants introduced me to SolarEdge…
Solar Plants introduced me to SolarEdge Power Optimizers and inverters and then fitted them to my ground mounted display. This immediately showed on the online display panel that one panel was being shaded by some fence posts in the early morning which I was unaware of, and because my display was connected in parallel was seriously affecting my output. The effect of the Solar Edge equipment was dramatic on my output and has remained so.
A very good investment for me.

Solar Plants from first point of contact to completion of the work were excellent. Customer service are most helpful. The technicians are happy to explain, and the installation guys and scaffolders were polite, efficient and made sure our garden was left clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to work with all of them.

Excellent service throughout the upgrade of our solar panel system.
We chose Solar Plants to upgrade our 16-panel solar system, which we had installed almost 8 years ago, following a very informative initial visit. We did not feel we were put under any pressure to buy but were soon convinced that it would be a good investment for us. All communications with the Company have been smooth and efficient and the upgrading of the panels and fitting of the new invertor by Alex and Dale was carried out extremely efficiently. Liaison with the Company fitting and removing the scaffolding was excellent (something I had been initially concerned about) The app to monitor the functioning of the system was easy to install, carefully explained and easy to use. We have been contacted on a number of occasions since the installation to check we were happy with everything and the few queries we had were answered quickly and to our complete satisfaction. I was impressed by the reviews I read before contacting the Company and I have been very impressed by all aspects of the service we have received. Based on our experience, I would recommend Solar Plants, without reservation.

Great communication from everyone in…
Great communication from everyone in the company. They kept us fully in the loop at each stage of the installation even helping with our notification to our energy providers. The installation team were unobtrusive, speedy and very professional.
Dispite the fact that the product has been fully installed we have been treated with great courtesy and every query we've had responded to promptly; no matter how trivial.
A great product and a great company to do business with.

How to save money big time.
Solar Plants fitted 17 solar panels and.a 15kW Sennen battery ten weeks ago. Since than I can see by online monitoring that I am saving between 70-90% on my electricity bill. I have a large house and that to me is a saving of around £4000 plus a year.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Solar Plants who from the salesman, the surveyor and the installation team showed honest integrity and professionalism throughout. It doesn’t stop there as the follow up continues with help and advice when required.
You definitely need a battery to make full use of the solar panels, and Solar Plants are the results dedicated company to trust.

Excellent service from all concerned
From the outset we had excellent service. The initial salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. He replied promptly to our later queries. The office staff co-ordinated both the scaffolding and their engineers and the installation was carried out with the minimum of fuss. We have been impressed with the company as a whole.
We can thoroughly recommend Solar Plants.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service.
Ordered a tesla powerwall November 2017. Promised for jan/feb. Finally got installed may 2018. After being lied to several times about installation.
As of today. 16.05.2019 my powerwall is still turned off. It has been for over 2 months now.
Even though solar plants documentations states the powerwall is g83 compliant. They don't submit the application. Also claim they never needed to, as they claim the DNO had no clear requirements.but they where very clear. A g59 was actually required.
Since late February this company has claimed that they will sort it out. It's a priority. 11weeks goes by. Still not sorted out.
Be careful around these cowboys. And if you have had work done from solar plants. Check with your DNO to make sure they are aware of the installation. Your building insurance could be void by having equipment that is grid tied but not I'd regulations followed.

As you are aware from our extensive conversations over the past few months, we are extremely sorry that on this occasion, due to an administrative error, we did not complete this form prior to your installation. As we have let you know, we have since contacted your District Network Operator and have rectified the situation retrospectively and you now have full approval for the battery system that is in your property.
The battery will be turned on next week and as per our customer service policy, we will then be able to review any compensation that may be due. We would strongly disagree with your terminology of 'cowboy company'. As with all organisations, mistakes can be made but it is how you handle them that proves your dedication to customer service. As an award-winning customer-centric company, we place great emphasis on the customer journey and are hugely respected within the industry due to our customer-comes-first attitude.
We appreciate that it has taken longer to resolve than you would have liked, however, as we were dealing with the District Network Operator, we were working to their time scales, not ours. We have reviewed our administrative procedures to ensure that their is an extra check so that paperwork cannot be overlooked.
We want you to feel happy with the service that we provide and we aim to meet expectations so that your journey with us is the best one possible. We have been nothing but polite and quick to respond to all emails and communication from you and have continued to ensure that this situation is resolved efficiently. We hope that we can build a bridge in the future and we will be in contact next week to discuss the situation further.

Solar Plant Review
We had solar panels installed in 2011. All worked well with generation as predicted. Unfortunately we discovered about 1 year ago that our generation was significantly reducing.
We contacted two companies and arranged a meeting with Solar Plant to review our problem.
The guy who came was excellent. Very detailed information provided, no hard sell, and he gave confidence that their products and systems were high quality. We signed up for a new inverter, solar edge to each panel and a unit fitted to our immersion heater to make use of surplus energy generated in the day.
Scaffolds arrived within two weeks and the fitter the following week. All staff were friendly professional and informative. Unfortunately the unit supplied on the day was faulty which I accept can happen to anybody, however the following Monday a replacement was fitted and all is well.
The system installed is excellent and is producing more electricity than we had originally. Being able to monitor the power generated each day is brilliant.
To sum up we are very happy with the service and product we have had and would not hesitate to recommend solar plant in the future.
