Wow!!! What a great experience I’ve had today with Solawave Support. I had a lot of questions and Janica returned all my emails immediately and went above and beyond. That’s very rare for that to happen. I’ve been wanting to try the wand for a while and I finally bought it. I’m so excited to try it. I’m sure it’s going to be my go to and I can’t wait to share my experience. Thanks so much Janica and Solawave.

Im using this wand since 8 months now and I’m so in love with it and happy with my purchase
My skin looks so fresh and radiant. I feel my hyperpigmentation is almost gone. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

My original item was lost by courier, Solawave didn’t hesitate to send me a new one immediately and extremely responsive to my queries. Even going the extra mile to continually follow up on shipment and keep me updated!

My wand was turning "off" while I was using it on my face. I sent an email to support, and Janica was so helpful and friendly. She sent me detailed troubleshooting tips. I was using the wand as instructed, and it was faulty so Janica assisted me in getting a replacement. She was efficient and prompt, not to mention very sweet. Hopefully the new wand will work fine. Thank you, Janica!

I only leave positive comments when I feel very strongly about an experience. I purchased my Solawave wand directly from their website. I later found it on Amazon at a lower price. I contacted SolaWave Customer support about what I found and asked if their was a possibility of a price match. I received a response immediately from Luke in their Customer Service department with a notice of a refund to match the price on Amazon. I was so appreciated that! I trust that they truly believe in their product and cannot wait to try my wand.
The quality of the products I purchase is equally as important and quality customer service!!! Thank you, Luke. They have a strong customer service team!

I order the newest wand and several other products and the package didn't arrive at my apartment, it was stolen! The customer service at Solawave was fantastic about getting back to me and sending a new package with my order to my work address, no questions asked. So happy with the customer service and prompt responses I received!

Bought my first wand in January 2023 andI had issues with it after about 3 months. Wand would not turn off. I contacted Solawave via on-line about the problem, and a new wand was sent to me, no charge. The 2nd wand started acting up shortly after I received it (wouldn't turn off...again), so I again contacted customer service. A 3rd wand was sent, and it has been working wonderfully. This wand has the on/off button - great improvement. The service I received was excellent, and I love the product.

Recently bought their newest wand "Radiant Renewal." Ive noticed the fiest gimmicky thing about this, the sites description reada "Our latest 4-in-1 Skincare Wand combines four science-backed, proven skincare technologies for the ultimate 3 minute at-home treatment." However, the instructions manual actually indicates its 3 minutes per facial area (there are multiple outlined) so it's really a 12 minute tx for the entire face.
Item works and is a nice addition to applying serum, really not convinced that its worth the cost at this point - I've been using for 2 weeks.

Other than to improve circulation, there is little benefit to the anti-aging claims of this product. It stopped working just after the warranty expired.

Hey there! Solawave knows how to do it when it comes to customer service. The support and help that I recieved from both Dominic and Sherisse was ABOVE and BEYOND! They listened to me, they offered their support and knowledge of the specific product, and most importantly they helped me! They did all of that within a matter of minutes and they STILL treated me with the upmost respect that every human deserves. I cannot wait for my relationship with the brand to grow! Def a repeat customer here!!!

No customer service, no answer to technical questions. I doubt they have galvanic or microcurrent, as I have other devices that does so and solawave is nothing like them. No refund has been issued. Do not buy, scam

I purchased a solawave wand in October 2022. After 4 weeks, no visible results. I thought that maybe my skin needed more time to show the benefits but after 6-7 weeks, the wand stopped working altogether, even after a full nights charge. I reached out to the company to initiate an RMA. No phone number to contact, just an email. After nearly 20 days from initially reaching out to them, still no response. I dispute the charge with my credit card company. Solawave then returned my email the next business day and provided me with a return label. I placed the defective product in the mail the following day and tracking shows they received it the next day after that. They continue to reach out to me to ask me to withdraw my dispute in order to issue a refund. I said just acknowledge receipt of the defective product with the credit card company and allow them to close the case. After the time frame to respond to the dispute, they refused to issue a refund with my credit card company and the conditional credit was reversed. I provided further evidence that I’m no longer in possession of the defective product and that I shouldn’t be responsible for the charge. So my CC company appeals the decision and continues to fight on my behalf. After the allotted time to further investigate, Solawave still refused to refund even though I no longer have their defective and ineffective product. I called my CC company and they issued me the refund because of my longstanding business with them. My CC company will now pursue getting their refund but without my involvement. Bottom line, Solawave has very poor customer service and unethical business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM SOLAWAVE.

I recently purchased the Solawave red light wand and I was lucky enough to bag myself the valentines deal having the blue wand free.
Considering I’m based in the UK, the international shipping was a lot faster than I expected.
When the wands arrived, I experienced some intermittent power issues with the red light so I emailed customer support who responded less than 10 minutes later. Without hesitation, Tucker on the customer support team sent out a brand new wand!

I’ve only just started using the blue device and I’m in love already. The conductive serum which I purchased alongside is divine, and I cannot wait for my new red wand to arrive so I can give that a go too.

The YouTube videos and customer reviews on the device itself speaks volumes, but the customer service is exceptional and definitely worth the shout out.

I love my skincare wand! I bought it a couple of weeks ago and I received it fast and with no issues. Super easy to use and I love how my skin feels.

I’ve loved my wand from solawave but also want to shout out their customer team for helping me fix an error I made on my second order that caused it to ship to my old address. They handled everything for me and it made its way on time so I could give this gift to my mom. She loves her sola wave and I’m a customer for life!

This company is a SCAM!! No delivery no refund! No customer service!! Beware!! Never received my order and refund!!

This company is hoax. I should have done my due diligence before buying from them. The BOGO deal was appealing, and I place the order for one wand with a kit and a wand. Items arrived so poorly packaged that it was obvious that a respected company would have done a better job. Also, I did not get the kit, just 2 wands. I tried to contact customer service. Apparently there is NONE!!! No phone number, just a form you can submit through the website, and supposedly a customer service representative will reply within 7-10 business days. You can imagine, it never happened so I just lost my money. Last word - save your time and money and stay away from this company!

Our delivery disappeared and customer service was very slow, however, they did eventually come back to me and rectified the problem with a refund.

We never received any product so I can't comment on that.

Awful company!! My wand broke after 3 uses, I immediately reached out to customer service, did not get a response for over 3 weeks, then was told my return window closed. Beware of you purchase from this company.

Bought Solawave Wand with serum, amazing wand, fast shipping and I can see the difference in my skin!

Decided to buy a gift for my friend to try it out! Great product and great customer service!
