Total Scam company
They make you pay for the plan than ask for verification,
the verification does not accept docuent upload and keeps getting rejected and there is no way to contact support
Update: the support came back and sorted the issue but there should be a better eaiser way to get support. Also where docs upload is required it gives errors a lot which is frustrating

Excellent customer support that went the extra mile
I had some trouble getting my account verified because my proof of address kept being rejected, and I also encountered an error when trying to upload the required document through the website.
Kiran from the Sonetel support team was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Instead of sending generic replies, Kiran carefully reviewed each document I submitted, clearly explained why it couldn't be accepted, and guided me on exactly what was needed. After I provided a valid bank statement, my documents were manually reviewed and approved.
After my verification was completed, Kiran also followed up to make sure everything was working properly. I tested the service, and everything worked as expected.
I'm very grateful for the professional, responsive, and friendly support. The verification process was much smoother thanks to Kiran's assistance. Thank you!

A very frustrating experience and complete waste of time.
I was in the process of opening an account and half way through filling out my details decided to take their offer to upgrade to a paid account.
I sent all of the required ID details thinking this would be a simple process. Wrong! I received a request asking for more details, some requested, I had already supplied.
I then received a message saying my account was suspended because my account had been unfunded for 7 days??? Interesting, as i was still trying to open an account, and had already sent my first month's payment by credit card which was accepted.
Another day wasted (3-4 days now), a message to say my account was closed and they were refunding my payment. Absolutely no reason why or explanation of any kind.
What a frustrating experience and utter waste of time.
