Excellent Experience with Sonetel

I recently subscribed to Sonetel's services, and the process was smooth and straightforward. Inspite of support trying to help, Ultimately, I paid for a line, spent two weeks verification, all of which you have to do after paying them money, and still after verification, the phone never worked. Pay as you go, but somehow 3 payments left my account. Like I said the lady on support tried to help, and was very friendly, hence the 2 stars, but the system does not work, and I wasted nearly a month in total

Sonetel Customer service ported my number successfully from a different provider to Sonetel, throughout the process I was provided an update, I have tested with the ported number and it is working as expected. Satisfied with the on-boarding and service so far. Thank you
