The AeroFit 2 Pros are my new everyday carry. Previously, I used Shokz OpenFit Air for workouts and Pixel Buds Pro for everything else. The secure fit of the Shokz OpenFit Air is only surpassed by the comfort they afford during long term wear. I found the touch controls lacking. The Pixel Buds Pro are feature rich with ANC and transparency mode for when I want the open earbud experience. Pixel hardware gets continuous software and function updates. Too bad they they keep slipping out of my ears and cause ear discomfort after long term wear. Enter Soundcore. They offer better comfort and security than my Shokz and give me the open ear experience and sealed ANC when I want it. These have replaced two sets of earbuds that were each more expensive. The sound in open mode is better and can achieve higher volumes than my Shokz and the ANC is on par with my Pixel Buds. LDAC drains battery life and de-synchs video and audio, but is great for music. The case is large but the fact that I can wirelessly charge it like my Pixel Buds case makes it worth it to me.

Easy to set up - but hard to figure out how to program. There needs to be some sort of video. The downloaded user manual explanations are not clear and are not easy to follow - especially in the middle of the night when you're tired! Still haven't figured out how to get sounds to play automatically when you wake up in the middle of the night. You have to open your phone, go into the app...all while exposing yourself to lights that inhibit sleep.

Bought these headphones direct from you for less than listed elsewhere. Shipped fast, too.

issue was taken car of in a timing manner after the initial email that had no link to submit my return and after sending a email i was helped by Yawen and everything was all good. he was very helpful.

Delivery was fast!!! The sound quality is amazing and clear. They're light enough that I forget that I'm wearing them.

I bought a pair of these earbuds for myself and my husband and they were great until they both became faulty. They kept dropping from Bluetooth and one or other earbud would just stop working.
Customer care were great and replaced both pairs a few months ago however BOTH pairs are doing exactly the same thing. One pair refuses to connect to Bluetooth and on the other pair the right bud just stopped working altogether. That is four sets of earbuds all with the same issues so I’m moving to another brand.

Just want to say that your after sales team are truly outstanding. I had an unfortunate misdelivered package during Christmas. Susan and all the team went above and beyond to help me receive a replacement A30 anti snore headphones for my long suffering wife! Thank you soundcore you are out of this world for your understanding and quick resolution even though I contacted almost a month after the issue happened. Thank you for everything. The design makes it so uncomfortable I can't even smile without it hurting my ear. I can't wear it long enough to judge anything else.

Excellent sound, does not seal fully over my ears and the controls are a to find sometimess.

Jumped in my pool with my left earbud in the summer of 25. Still using it till this day. yes I did dry it out quickly but it went to the bottom of the pool before I retrieved it. I would definitely buy again. not the best for music but I have another source that I use for that application.

I received my SoundCore noise cancelling headphones in a timely matter and they work great! I where them walking and I can hear podcasts perfectly despite all the traffic noise.

I've been using this brand since 2018 and haven't had any problems. This brand is the best in my opinion.

Soundcore has amazing products everytime and it was here before my credit card charge even showed it wasn't a pending transaction anymore lol. I was so surprised it came so fast but it has been amazing and sounds awesome.

The sleep buds have a nice set of sound options and the app is pretty intuitive to use. However, the buds themselves are uncomfortable for a side sleeper. I think the hard plastic portion is just a tad too large, so it can be painful on the outside of the ear. I had to put in the smallest tips and earpieces to maximize the comfort, which means I lose some of the noise-cancelling capabilities since the smallest tips leave a bit of a gap in my ear canal. The sleep buds that Bose used to make were much more comfortable.

Speaker was on Sale again. Shipping was fast and secure. Product exceeds all expectations. I now have Two Boom 2 Plus's. Paired together they are amazing.

Arrival of product was quick and before expected date. Packaging was solid and visually appealing. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Sound is of the quality I wanted. Overall I am happy with the purchase and use them daily.
