This company does not offer free returns even if the product is unopened. Very disappointing.

I received my purchase very quickly which was great because I needed some sleep! I love the noise canceling and snore canceling feature as well as the sleepy stories by calm.

The over the ear buds are ok. However, as for the noise canceling option is sucks! I have another pair of earbuds by anker that as nice. The sound quality could be better as well. Im very displeased with this purchase.

There is high-pitched staticky noise in one ear when in transparency mode, but I won’t really be using transparency mode so I didn’t bother with doing an exchange.

I have tried one other anti-snoring product and the A30 earbuds are better. The ANC setting is essential. But the user experience was pretty rocky. I had to contact customer service to find the correct settings for my needs. I need the most battering draining option, which is not the default. I had issues initially with one earbud not charging properly in the case as well. I think after a couple of weeks I have sorted out the user error issues. I can see in the apps own sleep analytics that my waking periods correlate perfectly with the snoring starting, which shows that the earbuds are not effectively blocking the snoring. But it's better than before, because I am able to fall asleep. Before using these earbuds I would get so irritated by the sound of my partner snoring that I would leave and sleep on the couch. Now I can sleep with my partner, but I'm still getting woken up in the night by his snoring. They are not super comfortable for a side sleeper and I am using the smaller options possible. But they are better than my AirPods. The AirPods are better at noice canceling, but are not comfortable to sleep in. I guess my advice is that its worth a try, but I'm still considering converting my home office into a sleep sanctuary.

It's a fair product. No real issues and performed as advertised.
Soundcore as a whole has been focused on pushing out MORE product as opposed to really nailing ONE product. I feel like nothing lately has matched the simplicity and sound as the original products that made me love the brand.
From failed kickstarter events, to failures in the soundcore care, from products that just aren't what they used to be, it's all been a steady decline. It's a shame.

I've purchased a number of your products over the years. I've never been disappointed. When I saw the sale on this headphone I knew I'd be pleased. I was and purchased a second for a friend.

Mostly great my highlight was customer service. I had an issue and they responded quick I even posted on LinkedIn about it : Customer experience still matters.

Great headphones great price

So much better than Ozlo! The case holds more charge, they are more comfortable, and the app is better with free access to Calm materials.

Great if the speakers have the best sound of any small speakers around

Order arrived as expected. Headphones are super comfortable. Noise cancellation feature works really well - blocks out annoying sounds, but I can still (just barely) hear if the cat is meowing to get back inside. And of course, most importantly, the off-white color blends in with the decor, so if I leave them lying around, the living room still looks good! Checks all the boxes!

I need very small domes and the variety sent don’t work.

I am not happy with the sleep earbuds. I have attempted to return them under the 30 day return policy. Unfortunately they require that you provide a reason and then they do a review and then send you an email if they decide the accept the return. That was 5 days ago and still no email. If you decid to try a earphone don't order it on their website. Order on another platform so you don't have to go through this process.
