The houses are amazing. Nothing felt cheap or hurriedly done. I’ve looked at a lot of new builds and these are the best I’ve seen. The views are stunning too. Very friendly staff as well. Would recommend a viewing.

Dan and Mandy were very realistic and down to earth in their valuation of our property at the start of the selling process. Their fee was reasonable and they took the time to take us through the process. We sold at a very difficult time for the property market, yet despite the difficulties and the time it took, they were very professional and understanding. The human interaction and mutual respect of the experience was well above my experience with estate agents, I rate them as one of the most pleasant to work with and would recommend them without hesitation.

Space Residential have been amazing from start to finish. We have been working in partnership for twelve years, where they acted as managing agent for my rental property. They were always there whenever I needed them, sorted out problems with the tenants without a hitch, and made everything run smoothly.

They then came to sell my property for me. Within one day of instruction they had been in person to talk to the tenants and discuss with them what needed to be done, they valued and photographed the flat, calculated at what price it should go on the market, and put it up for sale online. Daniel was amazing at negotiating with potential buyers, and we agreed a sale within a week. We then completed within the month. Quite extraordinary.

I just wanted to say that I used this firm for the first time after my sisters mate suggested I go to them as they could find me a new flat to rent. From start to finish it was all good and I moved in last week. Good service as they always called or texted me back sometimes late at night and weekends which other agents did not do. Thanks guys x
