Have been using Spareroom now for over 10 years as a landlord. Their website is easy to use but comprehensive in new matches everyday. I particularly like how they will pass on my details to potential matches if in a hurry and I have had 100 percent success rate usually within 2 weeks, if not less. Have no hesitation in recommending them.
