Can't trust anyone!
First and last time using this site, you can't trust the landlords here.
With someone with a nuro disability this is a challenge in it's self but there is no support.
I paid a holding deposit for what I thought was a house share turning out to be only a room. I am being refused my whole £650.00 holding deposit back. I wasnt due to move in for another 3weeks and it was a free advert put it to which they have now put back on. Spareroom haven't responded when reaching out for help and as mentioned the landlady is refusing to sent my holding deposit back. Don't trust this site, with no support or people advertising on it. I will be seeking legal advice here.
