AVOID. Simply the worst company. I ordered 2 resin letters - no mention of the fact that they were from China. The letters finally arrived - very few flowers inside, and those that were, were damaged and crushed, and one of the resin letters didn't even light up. Absolute waste of money, and offered me an insulting refund of £3! Do not respond to any advert for resin flowers.

Scammers AVOID
There should be a zero star. My advice is to avoid this company. After my goods didn't arrive for months, they tried fobbing me off that the items were with their UK distributor. Still not arriving weeks later I cancelled order & demanded my money back - they refused!! They continued to say the items were coming, but they reordered the items from China & what eventually came was nothing like what they advertised. Weeks of swapped emails included them threatening me with expensive returns so I quoted the Consumer Rights Act. For a £38 order they offered me just £4 compensation and I'm now resorting to legal action via Trading Standards.
BE WARNED. MY ADVICE IS AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SHODDY GOODS.

After waiting months and months . Product came . And it was broke . Lights did not work .. a complete waste of time effort and money . . Product was a lot smaller than photo suggests. Avoid.

This company is a bloody scam!! Please don’t order from this site. They are stealing money from innocent people and never sending the parcels! And will try to get more and more money from the lost parcel! Bloody SCAM!!!

I wish there was a negative 2 star rating. Stay away from this umbrella company and Wonaytcvrading Co.Ltd especially! Cheep quality.. horrible customer service. I thought I was lucky since I paid via PayPal.. I thought surely my rights as a customer would be protected.. not so.. I sent the item back, paid 20£ for shipping. The company is not issuing a refund even after they received the item.. and PaPay just brushed me off with.. “ please contact the seller to resolve this issue”
This is so unprofessional and frustrating

Ordered a flower letter on 5/5/24. Kept getting told it was on its way. Eventually arrived on 5/8/24. Product is absolute rubbish. Wasn’t expecting it to be as good as the pics but this is definitely unworthy of the present it was meant to be. Don’t waste your money.

COMPLETE RIP OFF. They tell you that they tried to deliver the parcel which they didn’t and then try and charge you again for your item and delivery !! No refund given !!!

Total scammers, say it’s at the depot and you never hear from them again. STAY AWAY!

Same as all the other reviews. Ordered acrylic letter and kept getting fobbed off with it’s on its way please be patient. It eventually arrived and it doesn’t even work, it’s very badly made and a load of rubbish. Now they won’t give a refund. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Total scam company, my order has allegedly been in Cambridge for 7 weeks, I ordered 4 initial dried flower lamps on the 2nd May, since their 'arrival' in the UK I have been fobbed off with no end of excuses, most of which do not even make sense.
I am now in touch with Trading Standards and Facebook, who I feel should be more proactive when their users are being scammed through adverts on their site, it is their loss, I won't trust anything on there again, and if everyone did the same, they would have to do something!

Do not order from this company! Ordered end of April and it still hasn’t arrived. First few weeks kept getting tracking updates until it arrived in the UK Cardiff and then it stopped. Customer service is good at replying but when I asked for my money back they keep saying to be patient the parcel is on the way.

Scammers and con merchants! They take your money and when you finally receive the goods they are absolutely useless. When you ask for a refund they try to fob you off with pathetic apologies and an offer of a couple of pounds.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE DISGUSTING, CHEATING LIARS!

Like all the other reviewers on here I have been scammed by this ‘company’
I’m usually so careful checking reviews etc but loved a nightlight for a friends birthday. 3 months later I am still waiting & constantly fobbed off with ‘thank you for being patient’ emails

In plenty of time before my daughter’s birthday in April, ordered a “resin light”. Also believed it would arrive within the next couple of weeks as it was a UK based website. WRONG! Parcel arrived today, 2nd July. Not anywhere as pretty as the one advertised & much smaller too. Tracking is FAKE too. Parcel arrived via China post. Tracking says sent from USA & now in UK & it’s still in London today. Really?! I had chased this up numerous times & got nowhere. Poor customer service. Even emailed the U.K. courier. Got no response. WASTE OF MONEY. DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

ordered something 1st May, kept getting tracking emails/messages for the first 4 weeks, then soon as it was in the UK, ..nothing, never had another tracking update, contacted the "company" , all you get is "be patience, its on it way"...just like all the other reviews on here, -- disgusting scammers need locking up

So my order arrived yesterday 4 months after i ordered it, and it is not even half the size of what they advertise! I emailed them yesterday before parcel arrived and got sent more tracking information 1st lot i got sent said my parcel was stuck up north in uk since april, yesterdays tracking said it was in india so i emailed them and told them make up their minds where was it!!
It is a tiny letter with 5 flowers in that fits in palm of my hand, never will i buy from these scam artists again
