SCAMMERS? BAD EXPERIENCE … AVOID!

I feel like I have been SCAMMED! Ordered a resin flower letter on 26/4 for my sister’s birthday mid May … 12 ‘tracking’ emails later (last one on 31/5 after making enquiry to their ‘customer service’) and still no delivery. They claim to be hastening the delivery company to ‘expedite’ the delivery but haven’t said who they are using (I did ask for that info so that I could contact them directly) Item was supposedly in Cambridge, UK on 24/5 (yeah, right, that was 2 weeks ago!). Ordered through FB advertising, ran their FB profile photo through Google search and it looks like a ‘family’ photo which also appears in other places so is likely a copied ‘stock’ picture. I paid via Apple Pay so at least they don’t have my debit card details which are never disclosed, but don’t expect to get £ back or probably the product either now. Definitely will never use them again … or any of the other similar ‘sellers’ advertising/selling the same items on Facebook, at the same time!!!! buyer beware!!!!

Sparkle-Moxie.co.uk

DO NOT purchase from this company. Customer Service is crap. They advertise as a UK company but are actually based in China! Wanted to exchange bras which were enormous when they arrived and the sizing was all wrong but they wanted me to pay tracked postage back to China! Will never buy from them again and none of my friends and family will either. They are not a UK based company.

Avoid - Sparkle Moxie

This company above Sparkle Moxie, avoid, after ordering on 2/5/24, a resin initial flower, which was for a birthday gift, nearly 3 Fridays ago now,
Firstly never received, two they ignore your request, when I have now numerous times-requested my money back, they ignore your emails,
Item, on order site keeping saying no order, or in transit, they have taken my money £24 , I’m so angry now, it’s now 21st May, they will not respond,
They are scammers, I have proof of order and bank transaction - rainbow claw 😳😠😡
