Do not order from this company! Items are NOT as advertised. Resin is cloudy. After months of waiting, items arrived half the size expected, with scratches and scruffs. Letters do not stand upright. Customer services are rude- offered £5 discount as it would cost me more to return the items than what I spent on them. Completely ungiftable, low quality, absolute scam.

I ordered my item on 29th April and never received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!
I am waiting to see if i get a refund.

Purchased items and been messed around for over 2 months. Following up with my bank to get refund. **AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

I ordered 2 item 1for myself and 1 for my daughter.
The end of May 2024 . £24 was taken from account on the 2nd of june 2024 I have asked this company about 4 times asking why I've still not received them. Reply is always in transit . Also they seem to be in China then America. And now been sitting in transit in Birmingham since 22nd June. I am still waiting on a reply for a refund.

Ordered a couple of items 16th June 2024....only then did I realise it was a scam. Fobbed of with emails tracking up dates. Apparently, they have "found "my items" in the shipping container, and the "captain" is going to make "my items" his top priority?.......anything that's advertised on social media....check it out...don't buy anything.....look on trust pilot if your unsure, this company does not even have any comments on there social media page, so you can imagine how much money they have scammed people.
I reported this "fresheight "London Ltd company to my bank, social media, trading standards, and ill post on the GOV.uk site. the point here is genuine companies that do use social media will no doubt fall under the "scam" radar, because of the amount of scammers on this media site, yet they still allow them to advertise, knowing they're scammers.

Placed an order back at start of May and was giving tracking all the eay from america….right up to a certain point where it was sat somewhere in the UK and didn’t move for over a week. Contacted them via email and got a reply saying to be patient as it will update soon. Realised then it was a scam so reported the site and also my bank and got my money back thankfully. Never ever ever use this site!!

I made an order via their website on the 03 May and the item still hasn't arrived 2 months later. Tracking works, the item has been in the UK apparently since the 17th May and in Manchester an hour down the road since 31st May but then into a black hole for 4 weeks and growing!! Only buy if you have lots of time and faith!!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I've never come across a worse company in my 53 years. Avoid at all costs! They take your money and the item 'apparently' arrived in the UK on 24 May with no further tracking updates since. Now 22 June and they're still telling me to be patient even after several emails. I am now beyond fed up and luckily I paid through Paypal so have opened a dispute. Please guys, it is not worth the risk. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Avoid this company! Tracking seem to work, then suddenly stopped. Unable to contact them except via PayPal where a different tracking number was provided. Still not received item and tracking stopped again! Luckily I’ve paid via PayPal so have now raised a claim.

Same as the other reviews. Do not buy from them. Ordered in April and still not received my order. They were keep saying it’s been delayed and now they don’t even respond. No money back either

Ordered in April, still haven't received the item have been e mailing since I stopped getting shipping information was told on numerous occasions to be patient, have tried to get a refund but surprise surprise cannot get a message to send to them so I say SCAM SCAM SCAM

As with all other reviews this is a scam. Same issue. Ordered end of April. Received multiple ‘shipping’ updates the latest on 28 May stating the item was in the UK at a facility in Birmingham. Have had no further emails and there is no further tracking update. Luckily I paid via PayPal so have received a full refund. I normally check Trust Pilot before I order from anything advertised on social media. I don’t know why I didn’t on this occasion! Just thankful I used PayPal. AVOID at all costs. This is a complete scam.

Do not use this company. My item reached the UK ( I don't suppose it did) but then I heard nothing. Luckily I paid PayPal and threatened them with opening a dispute and I got an immediate refund. I wouldn't give one star but that's the lowest I can give.

Scam company. Takes your money, never sends the goods. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

As other reviews below. Not a genuine site/company. Purchased a resin letter through a Facebook ad. Reviews were positive (clearly fake) and initially I received parcel status updates. Until it arrived in Cambridge on 3rd June and nothing has happened since. I contacted the company and was told to be patient. I thought it was lost in the system until I looked on this site and now believe it to be a scam.

Do not buy from this company- I have had the same experience as others. Purchased on the 28th of April- regular updates initially sent regarding shipping and then nothing once it allegedly arrived in the Uk about five weeks ago. Response to email was that they cannot issue a refund due to the product being due to be delivered. Obviously a complete scam.

I made an order for a flower filed reisin letter 'k'. I ordered the product on 30th April. At first I was receiving updates on the tracking of my package, then on 27th May I didn't hear anything from the company or the courier.ive emailed the company several times and I was getting nowhere
I paid through PayPal thank god so I requested a refund. To date I have not received the item.

Can’t even review-Scam site-do not approach-i got burned…Trusted the reviews…They are all falce…Read the reviews here…Exact the same scheme-I even got international tracking info-until 24.05. when it stopped in Cardiff …Today-22.06 -I got an update-it has been delivered by Yodel-at nighttime somewhere…Yodel doesn’t have tracking nr’s they showed…I found a parcel😳-with delivery notice only from last days-all from UK🤷‍♀️And-It’s nothing like I ordered…Total S…E

Do not use this company. I ordered my letter light on 25th April. Got several emails saying it was in transit. It arrived in Scotland (apparently) about 4 weeks ago. They keep telling me they have expedited my delivery but still nothing. I have got a refund through PayPal. AVOID!!!
