Excellent Service
Specsavers was clean and tidy. I was greeted at the reception desk with a smile and friendly welcome. I was told where to sit whilst I waited for the Eye Specialist, which was not very long.
She explained what they were going to do every step of the way during the eye test.
I was also helped in choosing my new glasses.
Which were ready for collection at a time of my convenience. I was also sent a reminder of my appointment.
Excellent service - thank you.

Staff are always helpful on arriving at…
Staff are always helpful on arriving at Specsavers and willing to rectify matters such as my reading glasses so I can see the computer screens at work! Nothing seems too much trouble at Specsavers and I am very impressed generally by the attention and marvellous service.

Ellie is not only very knowlegdable but her customer service is amazing, she is patient, kind and a credit to store!
I was having some problems with the fit of my new glasses and Ellie really took the time to sort them out for me.

Specsavers customer services were excellent in every way,
Courier service awful! Sent me an email stating that my glasses would be delivered on a certain day between a 2 hour window, they didn't arrive that day ,absolutely terrible service!
