Staff were kind and helpful
Staff were kind and helpful, the optician did a thorough examination and reported problems to me kindly. He gave me instructions to help preserve my eyesight.

Only the second time of using…
Only the second time of using SpecSavers and it almost nearly didn’t happen, having made the usual online appointment the day before I was due to visit I had a txt reminder and three phone calls which to me smacks of a company desperate for business.
Now sadly having waited two weeks for my new frames and prescription to arrive I’m having to go back as the glasses do not work as they should , fortunately for me I also ordered a pair from an online supplier which arrived within a week and allowed me to have perfect vision using the same prescription

Very Friendly Service
from the 1st call to book an appointment to the eye check up it all went very well and all were very freindly. I was explained to 2-4-1 offer which wasn't really channelled into me last time. When i collect my glasses these the gentleman made sure these fitted well

Emma and Angelo were excellent!
Emma, who carried out the pre and post examination scans, and Angelo, the optician who carried out my eye tests were exemplary. Everything was explained clearly making the whole experience so much better.
