Great customer service as well as great approachable friendly service with the staff. Quick eye test and glasses & sunglasses ready within the week all thanks to natasha & kim☺️

Eye tests for my children today. Long wait despite appointment. Wouldn’t sell my son glasses on basis that they were too big. Another long wait to get the NHS codes to be able to buy glasses elsewhere.
NHS code was not authorised by Specsavers and as the phone was not answered when I called the Islington store, I had to travel back to the store to get them to authorise the codes. Another long wait.
Vision Express have been, in contrast, fantastic and I will be using them from now on!

As usual arrival and eye-test were all handled efficiently and with a friendly smile. However, a little more enthusiasm with helping me find some new varifocal sunglasses for driving would have been nice. I'm likely to seek these online, thereby missing out on Specsavers' two-for-one offer.

Glasses still in production at scheduled time for pickup. Otherwise customer service was good.

Disappointed with my glasses, quality is poor and am not sure the prescription is right either. Next time will go to a private optician.

I see better with one lens, but other don't seem to match... I tend to get like a focus difference and it makes my eyes tired... I'm no optician, but it feels just a bit better than without glasses. I thought it would take all vision problems away. Plus you didn't accept my voucher for glasses from my employer, you said it's because I can use the glasses for many more purposes. Reality is I only use them for work so I feel cheated.

Great people interested in their work.
Eye testers well taught at their craft especially with the new eye test equipment.
Learned a lot from the Test.
Great service as always.

While I was happy with the service and choice, I have been waiting over 4 weeks to receive my new glasses. Apparently the order became STUCK in the process. I am close to asking for a refund.

In December I had my eyeys tested. Unusually my prescriotion had reduced, but my glasses were allout of date. I opted to have the lenses replaced in the existing frames, as a couple of frames had been quiote expensive and i still liked them. The prescription sunglasses were polarising, and anti glare - so not cheap. On second wearing of one pair, Oakley aviators, the lens fell out, and it was damged when it hit the ground. Theyt agreed to replace this free of charge, no quibbles.

I had a very disappointing experience at Specsavers.
I was told I needed an appointment because my prescription is from abroad, but my glasses still had to be checked anyway, which felt inconsistent and confusing.
During the visit, when I expressed frustration, a staff member was rude and told me to leave the shop and that I did not need to pay for the appointment. I felt dismissed rather than listened to or helped.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.

Easy to get an appointment and both visits went very smoothly. Very professional attention from those who looked after me, inc. Sajjad, Summer, Hamzah & Kleviana during the check up and Amber when collecting my new prescription. The back of the eye inspection was very reassuring. No issues with the new spectacles.
