I was disrespected by Spectrum’s online chat support, not prioritized fairly, or cared for during distress. I was given an escalated appointment, in which Christopher was on his way, and then cancelled appointment after accepting my appointment. Causing me to miss out on a very important day of work that required me to have my project sent in, which ultimately couldn’t happen because of Christopher choosing to cancel after agreeing to come. Online chat support was sarcastic, disrespectful and arrogant through out.

Spectrum should either have a separate contact number for emergencies like a line down impeding traffic, or the regular customer service line should begin by asking if the call is about an emergency. Their representatives should know and understand that a line down situation is an immediate emergency, not a next day service call.

I was having issues with interrupted internet signal for days and contacted Spectrum. Right away Remo tried rebooting my connection and knew it was something they couldn’t help through chat. I was given an appointment for the following afternoon. Technician Mark came to the rescue. Found out we had a high signal and connected a splitter type device. He also replaced my router to a new one. He was in and out in about an hour. Customer service over all is great, my signal hardly ever fades and I have an amazing price with them for 8 years now. Love Spectrum.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received at the Spectrum store in Kissimmee, Florida. From the moment we arrived, the store was extremely busy, and when we signed in, we saw we were 14th in line. Despite the high volume of customers and only a few employees working the counter, the line moved efficiently, and the team remained professional and organized throughout our visit.
I especially want to recognize Jose Mendoza for providing an exceptional customer experience. I am visiting on vacation with my dad and wanted to add him to my Spectrum Mobile account. Jose went above and beyond to ensure my dad was informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. He patiently answered every question we had, took the time to explain the benefits and features of the mobile service to my dad, and never made us feel rushed despite how busy the store was.
What stood out most was Jose’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to help everyone around him. While assisting us, he also took time to support fellow employees with their questions and continued helping other customers who approached him for quick assistance. His ability to multitask while still providing excellent customer care was truly impressive.
In today’s environment, exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized, and Jose absolutely delivered that level of service. He represented Spectrum in a very positive way, and I wanted to ensure his leadership team was aware of the incredible experience we had because of him. My dad wants me to talk to our executives to bring Spectrum to Long Island, NY. He was beyond thrilled with service we received.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Since the recent outage in my area, my internet has been unreliable and frequently disconnects. Prior to the outage, I had no issues. I have contacted customer service multiple times, reset my equipment repeatedly, and even had replacement equipment sent to me, yet the problem continues. A technician indicated there may be a signal issue coming from the outside pole, but the matter remains unresolved. For a service that costs nearly $64 per month, this level of disruption is unacceptable. I believe I am entitled to a service credit and a permanent resolution to these ongoing issues.
Need to improve their communication…
Need to improve their communication skills if their store employee. Need better communication between sales and service. Need better instructions on website. Better guides for how to use their systems, easier remotes and navigation.

The app as well as the on line experience was great. It was easy to schedule a tech to come out. The tech arrived a few minutes early and went over the internet problem with me before getting to work. He checked all the internet access points inside and outside. The tech found a bad filter in the outside point and removed it as it wasn't needed. After he finished, he checked all the TVs to make sure they we working properly. He then showed us how to use the Spectrum remote to preclude having multiple remotes to keep up with.
Great customer service and Tech experience with Spectrum as always.

Unbelievable. Spectrum will leave you without service for days with zero urgency to fix it, but the second you pay your bill, the next one is instantly generated. They don't care about customer service; they only care about collecting cash. Absolutely abysmal support. #BadCustomerService

Installer seemed in a hurry to get done. Have had nothing but problems with internet going in and out all day long. Service technicians did a great job trying to find problems and communicating what trouble could be. But told because we are last one on the feed line we get all the drop signals.?
