I’ve been using Speediance GM2 for 8 months now and my experience with it has been nothing short of fantastic. Setting up the equipment was a breeze, and getting started with my first workout was incredibly simple. The machine is very intuitive to use, making it easy to jump straight into a routine without any hassle.

I'd like to share my experience with the Speediance GymMonster 2 and its support.

I've had my Gym Monster 2 for several months now and I really enjoy training with it. It's a lot of fun and very space-saving. The exercises are explained brilliantly on the screen, and you can see the results on your body!

Speediance's support is world-class. I've rarely experienced better support. I'd especially like to commend Andrew, who helped me very quickly, immediately, and to the highest degree. He's very professional and customer-oriented. Thank you, Andrew!

All in all, I would buy the machine again in a heartbeat, and I can't praise the support enough.

When the machine is working well, it is quite good. But when it fails, or when forced system upgrades reduce my ability to use functions I depend on, then the machine is a frustrating hunk of wasted space and money. On top of this, the customer service has never been good. And the system requires a very fast internet connection, which I do not always have, to use some of the features.
I mostly use the machine in Freelift mode, which requires very little from my internet. As stated. When it works, this is mostly good. But a recent upgrade significantly changed this user interface to make many of its features much harder to use, which has the effect of badly interrupting the workout. In addition, the same upgrade knocked out the machine's ability to consistently recognize its own Bluetooth ring for weight adjustment, which all but kills most of my workouts. Tech support is not helpful with this. They indicated the interface issues might be fixed on the next update, and they had no useful suggestions for the ring problem (on top of which, annoyingly, they were totally unapologetic.)
In short, I'm not asking much from this machine. I've spent a great deal of money, and what I hoped for was something with a range of motions and a consistent ability to use them. The capacity is in the machine for wide ranging motions, but gaining access to them has been frustrating, inconsistent, and at times impossible. I'm so sad that I spent so much to buy this thing.

I have had my Gym Monster for about a year and half now and I have to say it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I am over 50 and was dealing with some weight issues so decided to give it a try. I have dropped a considerable amount of weight and feel great. The exercises are great and easy to follow.

I have only ever had one minor issue with the product and I think it was just natural wear not exactly sure. But I got on a chat with support on Speediance’s website and they took care of everything for me. Amy is awesome!!!

Again love the product and I am never gonna stop using it.

1 year review of my GM2. Solid machine with a vibrant online community. Workout with no monthly membership unless you want an AI to plan for you. Tons of programs and constant innovation without a paywall. Support is quick to respond to issues that the online community can't help with. After about six months of use, my wife and son now work out with me as well. Partner mode keeps track of each person and changes the weight automatically. Overall it takes away the excuses and makes working out easy and (gasp) fun.

I had originally had a motion space resistance work out
system and it would only let you do a few exercises,so I saw the gym monster online and just took a chance and man am I glad I did,I have used it 3 times this week and am very impressed with how it works,and it is like having a personal trainer there with you as you work out,can not wait to see the results t get in a year from now

We have our gym monster since 2023 and love it. We used to be avid gym goers but with kids it became almost impossible for both my husband and I to go but with the gym monster we can both use it and never sacrifice our time with our kids! We’ve already had two friends purpose one because of how much we rave about it!

Gym monster is the absolute beast when it comes to home smart gyms. The only equipment you will need. This is probably the safest way to start strength training journey. Highly recommend

I have had the machine for over a year and it has been great. Frequent and helpful software updates, and helpful customer service, including recently where I had a problem with a cable.

I Love my speediance! I've been using my sister in laws for a few weeks and since the first workout I was hooked. It's a great way to lean out my body without bulking up. Workouts are amazing from beginner all the way to a professional! customer service has been great also, they are quick to reply and I have no doubt they stand behing their products!

Incredible Machine / Incredible Results
I've had the Gym Monster since Jan of 2024 and I've been incredibly impressed by both its evolving software as well as the results I've been able to attain by using the device. I’ve been using the Speediance Gym Monster 2 and it’s been a great all-in-one home gym. The digital resistance is smooth, switching exercises is fast, and the guided workouts are helpful for keeping good form. It saves a lot of space compared to traditional equipment while still allowing a wide range of strength exercises. It doesn’t feel exactly like heavy free weights, but for convenience, versatility, and efficiency, it’s a solid investment for home training.

I purchased the family plus on their supper bowl deal. My customer service rep Andrew was excellent, can’t wait to start my journey.

The main reason for me to get the gym monster was to save on space compared to traditional cable machine. Really ended liking the digital weights and the fine weight adjustments that the machine can do. I feel like I exercise more often after getting this machine.
