Ordered some distance glasses and they…
Ordered some distance glasses and they were great so I thought i would order some prescription sun glasses.
Unfortunately there was a fitting fault on one of the lens, with the plastic/wire loop sticking out. Called customer services who resolved things immediately with a returns label and re shipped out with fix in a matter of days.
Things happen and they dealt with it all very efficiently which demonstrates that good customer service/after sales services is paramount for returning customers.

Love my new Spex4Less RayBan sunglasses. They're a perfect fit, and the varifocal prescription is spot on. I'm wearing these day-to-day and plan to use whilst cycling too. So I'll be able to see my bike computer.

Flawless service and exceptional value
Filtering and ultimately selecting the frames, followed by entering my prescription was a straightforward procedure. I needed a basic, inexpensive pair of prescription specs quickly. Spex4less offer a great range of frames and lenses so you can make your specs as cheap or expensive as you like. An all round win-win experience
From deciding to have a favourite pair of specs reglazed to the return of my new sunglasses, I have nothing but praise. My initial queries were beyond the chat bot, but were quickly sorted out by a very knowledgeable human who even directed me to the then current freebies! All the instructions were simple and clear and I was continually updated by email at every step of the process. My sun glasses arrived today and they are superb (pity the weather is so grey - I can't show them off!)
It is worth noting that I live abroad and harboured faint doubts about the mail order aspect. I really can't praise the team more - an excellent experience and VERY MUCH CHEAPER than local equivalents. An all round win-win experience.
