Shirt did not fit and you dont allow returns so I had to buy another shirt.

I bought a sweatshirt and some of the stitching is coming out.It's almost like brand new

Pricing was great, quality was mediocre. One shirt had the logo start to come off after being washed and dried one time. One item came in the incorrect size but customer service was great and replaced the item very quickly. Overall a good experience, just a little bit better quality control would be a nice improvement.

You sent me the wrong size jacket and then blamed me for it when I reached out to you. I have made it my life's mission to make sure everyone I know will never use you. I am also making sure to report every ad of yours I see as a scam.

Everything has always arrived as expected with great quality. My teachers and staff were thrilled with their SWAG!

Some of the color combinations didn’t work. Shirt was too close to the color of the decal and you couldn’t see it.

The website was also kind of tricky to figure out. I did like the amount of variations you could do.

The product I ordered was delivered quickly considering it was customized. I received it in less than a week from the time I ordered it. And it turned out really good. I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. My daughter loved her custom jersey and wore it to all of our schools football games.

you made a mistake on my hooded jackets and refused to fix it. you sent me t shirts that i didn't need. I was told that you fixed my t shirts and that was all they were going to do , i told you that there was nothing wrong with the t shirts, it was the hooded jacket that you left the letter N off. I and my friends will never order from you again.

Women’s XXL jacket WAY too small to be that size. Can it be exchanged ?

Was initially sent the wrong order. Contacted customer service via email, which was acknowledged within a day. Was advised the correct order would be sent and about a week later received the correct order. While a little frustrating to initially receive the wrong order, the follow up to getting the right order was fantastic. Customer Service was great...!
