The received product was incredibly poor quality. I've received an information that sure I can return the product, but to Sweden on my cost! Which would greatly exceed the cost of the product itself. That's just a scam! I definitely do not recommend!

I just deleted my bad review of this company. My order arrived this morning, although a bit late it was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks sport megastore.

Genuine rogue trader. I ordered a backpod and it was never delivered. After months of emailing and phone calls, they still refused to repay my money. Thankfully Paypal was able to take a look at my case and refund me the money. Do not buy from them.

It's one of those Chinese shop fronts that have website pretending to be from the country you're browsing from. In fact, you are waiting for ages for a delivery of a minor plastic rubber item, that is shipped from China.

I placed an order for a 2023 - Electric Ball Pump, Basketball Smart Air Pump With Accurate Pressure Gauge And Digital Lcd Display and paid £12.34 I then get an e mail saying that I had cancelled my order which I DID NOT . so they refunded me my money, I then find out that the pump is still in stock only this time priced a lot more . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , AND WAITED AGES FOR MY ORDER SO DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Took a month to arrive so two weeks too late for purpose as order was lost - quality of item poor and certainly not worth the money I paid for both the item and shipping. It’s unlikely I would use them again.

Never received the product. Trace shows it returned to sender. Customer service demands you to open account if you want to complaint, and I dont want that for a cheap product, so sunc cost for me.
Stay away from Sportmegastore and Fruugo.

I am not satisfied with the product sent so I send it back almost a month ago never been contacted or refund at all. The most difficult to contact the seller. product from china not suitable for the price Return shipping is very expensive.

Sportmegastore and Fruugo is the same hoax company.
I ordered an item, and it has still not arrived. I never got a dispatch confirmation and they never reply my emails. They also charged me more money than the declared price of the item.

Item has never arrived. I’ve tried using the tracking feature but you have to open an account with Fruujio and it’s all in Chinese. Ive tried contacting the megastore and Fruujio but no one gets back to you. I’ve basically lost my money.. Do not deal with this mob

Avoid! Ships from China - website makes you think it’s coming from UK, you have no idea about this until it’s too late. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

my daughter ordered an item of clothing - which magically became a water pump. we notified them of this immediately and asked for a refund or the correct item to be shipped. it never happened and no response back. these guys are cowboys - i urge anyone to AVOID Fruugo and Sportsmega store - they are a scam and you WILL lose your money.

Horrendous experience. Ordered a product that can be found on other websites in a large. Turns out large for the same branded sleeping bag at sport megastore is a small everywhere else. Now I have to send the 2 sleeping bags back to China to get a refund. Nonsense. Avoid!!! They own fruugo too so avoid also!

Most appalling service ever - DO NOT USE!!!!
We ordered a bike for my sons birthday, had the email to say it had been dispatched and then nothing.... a week goes past with no delivery and no bike. When I contacted the retailer (Arcade Sports SD) via Sportmegastore / Fruugo website I got an email back saying they would look into it but they never got back to me, I have now send 4 emails and got no reply. I am now asking for a refund as it has been over 3 weeks since we ordered and no one is answering my emails. My son has no birthday present and we are nearly £150 down - downright shameful service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely terrible service, I bought a £1000 ebike, it arrived in horrendous condition, which I do believe was down to the courier service ( nightline) I contacted sportsmegastore and they promised to get it sorted, lie after lie and blaming everything on the courier, I am still left with this broken bike, I did not buy the bike of the courier service, I bought it off them, this is going on now for nearly 4 months, I would not recommend buying anything from them as there service and response to things is complete rubbish.
