TERRIBLE!
Ordered a product, packaging had already all been opened before they packed it, box was completely damaged and full of huge holes. The product was completely damaged. No response from seller at all. Raised dispute with Paypal finally managed to get an address to return item but had to pay £30 for postage myself for a faulty item. Absolutely terrible customer service avoid buying from here at all costs!!

Item arrived faulty, contacted Fruggo who advised I needed arrange my own postage to send it back, sent back which cost me £15 odd. When asked if they could refund the postage they advised I should have advised them it was faulty and they would have arranged collection. I advised them I had followed what they told me and they refused to refund. Terrible company and awful customer service.
