The goods due to be delivered on 25th August have still not arrived today, the 28th, despite me paying for express delivery.
Now they are useless to me, as I have now left on the holiday for which I needed them.

No nonsense, easy to order, fast delivery.
Would have given five stars had the box not been smashed in.
Obviously some rough handling during transit.

Awful experience. Ordered basketball shoes to deliver to a locker. Went to collect, locker was empty, but the order was recorded as delivered. Evri are not helping to find the order. Both companies have dire customer service. Very frustrating.

Had to order shoes for my grandson online as they weren't available in store, delivery was £4.99 which I thought was bad enough but then when they were too small, tried to return them to store but they wouldn't take them, the only option was to return them online at another cost of £4.99 - extortionate!!! I thought I could return free of charge to store so please be aware of their delivery & return fees when ordering online.

When trying to return an unused item recently I was told you could only offer a credit note. This is really poor service, if this policy does not change I will no longer be using sports direct.

Couldn't shop... the app wouldn't let me go through the checkout and I have been trying for days

I placed an online order for my husband yesterday with Sportsdirect. They have an excellent choice of great quality clothing. They provided an excellent service, I was able to nominate a Next Day Delivery for my order & I was able to track my order throughout. I would highly recommend them.

No update on my delivery. It was meant for my sons bday now week and a half later still no word on delivery. Never buying or stepping foot in that store again if they’re this mismanaged

Absolutely annoying. Placed an order on line and then tried to cancel it within 5minutes. Had to wait ages for the reply to be told it had already been processed therefore it could not be cancelled. So once I receive it I then have to go through the ball ache of having to return it and will.probably have to pay the postage to do so.

I have had a very disappointing online shopping experience with Sports Direct.

The website has very limited functionality when it comes to returns. Once you have started a return, there is no option to add another item from the same order to the existing return package. This is very inconvenient, as it means that once the return process has been started, you cannot add any other items before taking the package to the Post Office. This could easily result in customers having to pay the return fee more than once for items from the same order.

I am also very unhappy with the delivery experience. I was given an estimated delivery date of Monday, 31 August, which led me to pay an additional £10 for Next Day Delivery because I needed the order urgently. However, the parcel actually arrived on Wednesday this week. This makes it feel like I paid an extra £10 unnecessarily for a delivery service that I did not actually receive.

On top of this, I now have to pay a return fee as well, despite the issues being caused by the limitations of the website and the inaccurate delivery estimate.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I have genuinely started to question whether I would ever shop with Sports Direct again, as I do not feel that the service or website provides a good customer experience.

I ordered the item on the 25.8.26 with no option for next day delivery. The order wasnt processed untill 27.8.26 and no update on delivey

Made an order , paid extra for next day , didnt arrive after waiting in all day. Asked for refund , advised 3-5working days when my payment was instant . Customer lost

Why advertise products on your website and then not provide a delivery or click and collect option?
I can have the items delivered to Albania but not the UK.
I'm very surprised at how successful this company is based on my online experience!

Swift dispatch of order. Excellent.

Tried to buy two seperate sizes however when I ordered this product twice I got delivered to completely different sizes! I even took screenshots as thought I made a mistake but it was sports direct very poor

Worst company I have ever bought from. Completely ignore a cancellation. Their customer service is horrendous. Would never buy from them again. They do not deserve even 1 star in the rating.
