I have played on SIA for several years. SIA remains my number one choice among online casino's.The options for sports betting, online slots and live tables is huge. The site is well maintained, with very little down time. Recently I reported a issue to support. They conducted maintenance and had the issues resolved immediately. That shows a level of professionalism and dedication you rarely see among other online casino's. Withdrawals are processed very fast. The site is clean, easy to navigate and loaded with options. Keep up the great work guys!

This outfit should be renamed to Con Artists Inc.! I would have given them a MINUS 10 if it were possible. What a steaming pile of you know what these clowns are! Am I pissed? Damn Right. On 06.08.2024 I went looking for a site to make a wager on the Belmont Stakes. I had a hunch. I sign up and deposit $200.00. Then their idiotic system makes a popup window stating I have to install a plugin which is required by government. Stupid me installed it. Then I went looking to see where I could bet on the Belmont. Surprise! They don't do horse racing. As an alternative, I thought I might bet on the Oilers game. I could not because every 2 seconds that stupid plugin popup kept appearing. This goes on for maybe 20 minutes. Each time I would try to make a bet, up comes the popup which by now I had installed TWICE.

"I start a Chat with them looking for an uninstaller for the popup and my money back. It turns out when I signed up they gave me $250.00 bonus money. They say to get out I must give up the bonus money. No problem I say. Then the ass ****s tell me I have to wager all of my $200.00 next!

Well, I argue with two clowns over this saying how can I bet when your stupid system will not let me. Finally, I get Supervisor Madison who says they will make an exception this one time and after a lot of BS, I finally was able to request a withdrawal. Then I am told this takes up to 8 hours! I tell her I will wait 8 hours and if my money is not back in m account, I report this as fraud to the Bank and call Police.

Story should end here, but WAIT! It actually gets even more convoluted. Sunday morning, 9:00 am, I check my Bank. No refund. I try to log in to start a chat and find I am locked out. M creds no longer work. I find another way to chat (ART) and I say I want to login to check my Withdrawal request and get a popup uninstaller before I call the Bank and Police to report a fraud. I am sent a password reset link and I log in. The chat continues about the refund. He says maybe another 8 hours. I say I will only wait till noon. Then these clowns of Fraud Island send me this:

1 A copy of both sides of your government issued ID - this can be a driver's license, passport or national identity document with a photo.
2 A copy of your self-certified ID. This implies that you send us a photo of yourself holding the identity proof in your hand next to your face. The identity proof can be a government issued ID (driver's license, passport, or any national identity proof).
3 A copy of your proof of address. This could a utility bill (phone, water, gas, electricity, etc.), a bank account statement or a contract of employment/payslip. The issuing date should be within the last three (3) months and all details (name, address and issuing date) must be visible.
4 Copies of the front and back of your registered card . For security reasons, please cover the 3-digit (CVV) security code on the back of the card and the card number except for the first 6 and last 4 digits. Make sure to sign the card in its designated place."

I refuse to send them anything. After much more arguing, they agree to send my refund but refuse to give me proof by way of a confirmation number.

I tell Art I have two words for them, they start with F & Y after they again locked me out of m account on purpose! Since terminating this chat, I have reported this as a Fraud to my Bank and am getting in touch with Law Enforcement.

Lastly, since I use only Mac Computers myself, I thought I would give Cleanmymac a try uninstalling their idiotic plugin. While it removed the App from applications. However, the size of what was removed was minimal.

I then decided to use Thomas Tempelmann's FAF, aka, Find Any File. It turned up over 65 remnants of GeoComply which I then trashed. Thank you Thomas for what has been a steady application since about 1984!

Stay away from these clowns, they are almost as dishonest as Justin Trudeau and Joe Biden, in my humble opinion. I have copies of the chats I had with them, just in case you think I made this up!

I would not have thought it would take a reputable company some 11 days to reply. Additionally, why did no one there out of several I encountered even suggest trying to make that plugin work? Instead, all thy were interested in was finding ways to keep my money. So don't even dare say your sorry!

Customer Service Rep Elizabeth seems to be confident that my withdrawals that have been pending will be handled today; Grateful for her help as she stated she will make sure if I check back in around 10:30 that some of these should be processing.

They signed me up and took my $25 but then I had no access to my account, I cant sign in or even reset the password and all of a sudden now they say ive signed up for the ontario site with an alberta address so figure that out. I'm trying to get my money back and they just keep you jumping through endless hoops. I'm reporting these people for fraud

It's funny you put thousands of dollars in on sports betting and they take all your money, then you finally win and you get locked out of your account until you confirm you're you. Ok here's my ID you asked for, now send these documents, ok here you go, to further the process now we need these documents, sure here you go, and still locked out. What's going on? Sir this is for your benefit. As if. What a scam waste of time. They know what they're doing pissing around wasting time. Scam site, liars. Haha they are full of crap. I emailed the gaming commission that sports interaction is under and got they got my money back in 24 hours. Haha keep lying champs

Would give it a zero if I could, the sports betting is fine, you pick the odds you want to bet on. The casino is a scam, I have played in a lot of casinos online and in person and I have never lost all my money every time, sure you could spend $200 to win a $50 bonus and walk away but most people would think that was a one off, not this site, played many games and have 90 percent loss, stay away the casino is a scam.

I've tried 5 different sports betting apps and Sports Interaction is by far the worst. Their interface is easy to follow as it's literally a carbon copy of BetMGM's. Except BetMGM is constantly awarding users odds boosts and free bets, whilst SI offers nothing. Their entire advertising campaign revolves around their supposed knowledge of hockey, which makes them the best app to bet hockey due to them being Canadian. Super lame.

Poorly developed app and web. Betting options are very limited and won't give you fair odds compare to other betting sites. This betting site is like a third-country of the betting world.

Currently in a 12 day review with no real urgency or care to unlock my account. No idea why there's no management but just a relevant team that takes 1-3 days to get back to you to then have another agent tell you to send more in info. It seems as though this company really does not like players that win since my account got locked as soon as I started making money but not when I was losing for the previous months. Pride themselves on being Canadas home grown sportsbook but not even staffed to help the clients funding this whole thing. Not impressed at all!! Locking accounts is absurd for 2 days let alone 12 with no clarity.

Easily the worst sportsbook ive ever used. Full on scam

Signed up with Sports Interaction early March . Took the welcome bonus without reading the very fine small print where you lose your share of deposit if you don't bet the full amount within a period of time. Only way I could bet was thru the app on the phone because apparently my laptop(an ASUS with Google chrome) is not compatible with their system . Never advised of this as I prefer using a laptop which works fine with their competition. Sent requests by phone which their support responded to Mar 11 confirming they would look into it and get back to me. NEVER HAPPENED. Sent them video of issues as requested with no response. Called today and was informed Google chrome on ASUS wont work. First time I've heard of this Also they have confiscated my 200.00 deposit as well as future bets . All have disappeared even tho they welcome me back. Don't appreciate being told to bend over so I wont be forwarding any money Will take my lumps but any review would be in the negative if that was possible.
