My daughter ordered a red prom dress. We opted for the custom sizing as it would increase our faith in a good fit. We sent in the measurements unknowingly that they were incorrect. They then took the time to email us and politely point out the unusualness in the measurements. We then remeasuref and sent off the correct measurements. The email exchange was professional yet still kind and led to a perfectly tailored dress to her needs. The fabric was beautiful and the quality was stunning!! And thw cherry ontop was the delivery! We were expecting it to come a day or two before her prom but it came a week early!! The entire experience from purchase to wear was phenomenal, thankyou for providing my daughter with such a brilliant quality dress considering it was ordered so last minute!

Great experience. Daughter only found out she could attend prom 20 days before. She found a dress she loved, I paid extra for the express service and the dress arrived 10 days later. Made to measure was perfect as no alterations were needed.

I’m really happy with this dress! The fit is lovely and the sizing was just right. The material feels good quality, and the dress is comfortable to wear. I really like the colour and the overall design—it looks stylish and flattering without being too much. I attended the party feeling confident and elegant in my STACEES dress.

I had been a bit late in ordering my dress and wasn’t sure if my dress would come on time, but the team made sure that my dress was made ASAP and i’m so grateful because the dress turned out gorgeous!! Absolutely stunning the details were beautiful!!

I bought two of my bridesmaids dresses from Stacees and one of them got really well and we were really happy with it. However, the other dress broke under the bust as soon as my bridesmaid tried it on. There is also a rather short 2 week return window.
Overall, the ordering is easy and I was happy with the look and fit of one dress, but there are some quality control issues and the feeling that the returns process is designed to put people off doing it. For the cost of the dresses, I would not be inclined to shop here again.

I have now used Stacees on two occasions — first for my daughter’s Year 12 Ball and, more recently, for her Year 13 Leavers’ Ball. On both occasions, the dresses were absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations!

The dresses were custom made to fit, and the fitting was incredibly accurate. The quality, attention to detail and overall finish were excellent. Communication throughout the process was fantastic, and delivery was prompt and reliable.

For her most recent dress, my daughter left her order quite late, so I contacted Stacees with a special request. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure the dress arrived on time — and they did so at no additional cost! That level of customer service is truly exceptional.

Both dresses made my daughter feel absolutely beautiful and confident on such special occasions, and we received so many compliments.

expirience was great beautiful dress just one little problem i had to deal with was i could not really zip up the dress at the top of my back where i had to steam to dress and strech it out but beautiful

Excellent service, made to measure dress that my daughter (her measurements are unusual - small frame, small waist but very large bust) felt really comfortable in. Beautiful, high quality fabric and well packaged on arrival. Very pleased, highly recommend - 10/10

Firstly the dress was absolutely stunning 😍 my daughter looked beautiful and loved her dress. Communication was great from start to finish and even after delivery stacees emailed to check everything was OK and we were happy. Can't fault them at all. The quality and detailing is lovely.
