Bad food we got served cake for dinner and the food was just in general awfull.

Great beer but shameful promotion for the second year running.
I have been buying this beer for many years and enjoyed it. Last year's promotion was a con, sadly it's the same again! The glasses are not half full, they are almost non-existent vs the number of promotional packs produced. Less than 1%.

Bought a pack of Staropramen because it said there was a FREE TANKARD code in every pack. There is a code but no free tankard as they’ve all gone. Disappointed.

Bought a pack of beer as it said there was Free Tankards available. Registered on the site, gave the code and then at the very end was told 'you have just missed the last one'.

But if you read comments here, thats not true at all - they stopped giving out the Tankards in September (its December now).

Just really dissapointing that a decent company would do this, looks like it was done solely to get you to register and sign up to promotions.

My wife bought 2 boxes of this beer as there was a free tankard promotion on them.
I went on line submitting my full name address, date of birth and personal email address along with the code only to get a reply that all the tankards have gone!
They now have all my personal details and so I will no doubt get lots of spam email and no tankards for my trouble. They should have put a notice up that there are no more tankards before harvesting peoples details. I will never buy this beer again as I hate being conned and spammed!

I have always enjoyed this beer; and this review in NOT about the quality of their product, but about their poor customer service:
I have just bought a case of their beer, delighted to discover that I could claim a free Staropramen tankard on line, using the enclosed code.
This I did, only to be told that there were no tankards left! This is of course a lie, as it is still possible to purchase one from their website.

Was given a 4 bottle pack as a gift which clearly stated that any packs from Aug 2022 would have a free tankard available. The website now states that they only had 15000 available and the Ts and Cs state this free offer was dependant on availability but one could enter a free draw for one. The only trouble is their website, which obviously has been designed by someone with limited capacity (and I am being polite) will not allow you to enter your details. What a total scam!

Made in EU never ever bay beer that is saying that. It means that it is very fake. Good beer is always able to defend itself. Mainly you will get the name of producer. Always check the label. Alternatively avoid to bay in big supermarkets. You can always have alternative the real original product.
