Avoid Stitcher
Wouldn’t use again. Paid extra for Royal Mail 48 and I’m still waiting for Royal Mail to receive the item a week later. Now having to go to Hobbycraft and buy a second time! Will be requesting a refund.

Super fast delivery
Cheaper than my nearest craft shop (think large chain craft store), had everything I needed in stock.
Placed my order in the morning, was dispatched by the end of the day and was on my doorstep the next day. Brilliant service.

Great service
I ordered three DMC stranded cottons to finally finish a cross stitch project that I had been working on all year. The cottons were delivered the following day, so no waiting for me! Great service!

I have just made my first purchase for some DMC threads to finish a project I have been doing.
The threads arrived really quickly, & were a great price. I received a welcoming email as it was my first purchase & a card in with my threads thanking me for my business, I just love that. Great attention to detail. Definitely 5 star customer service

I had a problem with a tablecloth kit …
I had a problem with a tablecloth kit I bought. I contacted Stitcher and Emma replied, she said leave it with me I'll contact the firm which was in Belgium and sort it out.
The firm sent me a new item but no embroidery threads. Once again I contacted Emma asking her if she could sort me out the threads and I would pay for them. No she said I will get you the threads but they will be free of charge. I was thrilled that in this day and age Stitcher was superb at responding to my dilemma. I can't praise Emma and the team high enough. I will shop there with confidence in the future. Many., many, thanks. Tree.
