Extremely good service
My orders were all delivered the following day, well packaged and in good order.
The only criticism I have is that it was not easy to find what I wanted on their website.
Having found the items eventually the rest of the service was impeccable .
I will be using this company again with confidence.

Ordered £32 of DMC Threads. Never Received. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Ordered £32 of DMC Threads on the 8th and have yet to receive them despite paying extra for Evri Priority delivery! Evri have yet to even receive the package! Would never use this website and had to use as a last resort but after this experience I definitely won't be using this website EVER as I was in the process of making a gift for a friend for her birthday which has sadly passed and due to the incompetence of this company and lack of customer service skills I was unable to gift her something. Despite claiming to have 'benefits' for their customers like 'Excellent customer service', they can't even pick up a phone call! Awful customer service, cannot be committed to consumers.

Hello, sorry we have had no communication from you regarding this order. I can see it has not been scanned by Evri and when informed of this we will refund or replace immediately. How can we give good customer service if you do not offer us the chance? I see your project is now late, is a replacement or a refund preferred, please just email or call us and let us know. We are always happy to help, we just need to be told there is a problem :)

Brilliant Service!
Ordered some skeins for a cross-stitch project I'm working on and the website was by far the easiest to navigate in this regard and pricing was really fair. Communication was A+ and dispatch/delivery was prompt. Well packaged too, nice and secure. Will definitely be ordering for future projects!
