Anita was my property manager throughout my tenancy for the last 2 years. She was nothing short of fantastic. Always very responsive to any maintenance issues in the flat, always professional and proactive.

The customer services at Stow brothers is excellent. They really take care of you and your concerns. They are supportive and kind plus professional.

Anita Datta was our property manager and always made sure to regularly check in with us. She was also prompt to reply to my emails and helped me to navigate making a request to keep a dog at the property. She was great.

Russel was so lovley in helping us out, really good customer service and attentive to our requirements.

Poppy was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process of buying a property!

Renting a place can be so stressful, and it seems to be getting harder and harder. I’m glad to say Holly at Stow Brothers made finding a place and getting a contract so easy and stress free I couldn’t believe it. No going round in circles, no sales tactics, just honest advice and a really good attitude.

The Stow Brothers have been fantastic agents, ensuring the letting process went smoothly and were helpful and attentive with any questions or concerns during the process. Ryan and Tanika have been particularly supportive, making sure everything’s running efficiently which has been a huge relief as a landlord!

We had an amazing agent Jessie show us around the home. Very knowledgeable and was so lovely. Ii was an open house and Jessie explained how they work and what the procedure would be for any offers.
Made it t all very clear and easy for us.

Anita Datta was our Property Manager for the best part of almost 2 years and was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly attentive, checking in regularly to make sure everything was okay and to allow us to flag any issues we may have had. Regarding issues we did bring to her attention, she often responded with news on a call-out being schedule within the day which was incredibly helpful and honestly quite a rare thing to encounter. Overall we've had such a brilliant time during our stay at the property, mostly accredited to Anita's ease of contact, friendly service and ultimately, her above and beyond willingness to help wherever and whenever she could. Thank you!

Having previously had a very disappointing experience with another estate agent in the area, I can honestly say that Stow Brothers have restored my faith that not all estate agents are the same.

From the outset, Eva’s enthusiasm, professionalism and determination to sell our property were evident. What impressed me most was that this commitment did not stop once the contract was signed. Throughout the entire process, she remained proactive, engaged and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us.

The results speak for themselves. Within just two weeks, Stow Brothers achieved what another well-known local agent had failed to do in almost a year……they sold our property!

Whilst the conveyancing process has unfortunately dragged on, that is certainly no reflection on Eva or the wider team. Lachlan was always available to assist, chase matters when needed and keep things moving wherever possible.

I rarely leave reviews, and when I do it is usually because I have had a particularly poor experience. However, on this occasion I felt compelled to leave one because excellent service deserves recognition.

Completing a property licence was a pain in the neck and Stow Brothers' staff member Caterina remained on the phone throughout. She was a terrific support, patient, friendly, professional and maintained a sense of humour throughout. I doubt I'd have completed it correctly without her support. She and Ashleigh have kept me on the case, so thank you! Stow Brothers continue to be a recommended agent, in my experience -,professional always, clear with their admin, and efficient.

Totally recommend The Stow Brothers and the Hackney franchise!

We had a long and slightly protracted purchase process but we were excellently supported by Poppy in buying our new home with SBs Wanstead.

We have been using Stow Brothers for the past year and a half and to manage our property and it has been so simple. Anita and Catarina have kept us up to date and always reply promptly to any questions we have. Catarina even helped us get a parcel forwarded onto us. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication with Ashleigh Marla, Really she is the best for us in difficult situation.
We are renting this property more than three years with Stow Brothers Walthamstow and property manger help us a lot.
