Item was delivered in time as paid for express delivery. Item is faulty and doesn't work have sent 4 email requests and called every day but permanent answer phone on saying offices are closed call during office hours which I have numerous time inside office hours but no one answers the phone. I want my money back as the Item doesn't work but can't even get hold of the company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I recently bought a large order from this company -including scar gel, silicon gel, scar massager but also a high value item - ScarGone Advanced Laser Therapy for Scar Reduction @ 189.99 pounds.

I’m annoyed as this laser came with very few instructions and a tiny pamphlet. I wrote to StressNoMore asking for help about three weeks ago, but they never replied. This is wrong, as it’s a medical aid device for scars. I just wanted clarification but never got it.

They never responded to my previous emails either on medical vat reduction.

I’m not sure what they’re playing at, as you would think being a company selling medical aid they would be quick to respond. Thus, I believe they have very poor customer service.

The scar laser device has now been used by me. But I still worry about it, as there was little advise on use. It’s also quite small. This means it’s got to be moved about on each scar area -it’s thus, not great for scars unless you’re prepared to sit for a very long time every day!

I have seen very similar but cheaper devices, for red light but I bought this thinking it would be great as it’s specifically for scars! But now I’m thinking it may just be a con!

I have been trying to get in touch with this company over a stolen order for just under a week now however I still haven't had any response. They seem to be impossible to contact, I couldn't see any phone number just email and I have sent 4 emails chasing my order however I'm still yet to receive a reply.

Super delivery very happy with my balm that i reordered

The insoles were super spongy and will help my plantar fascitis

The product itself it just a large sponge and a very scratchy one ,it hurt my private area even when cut down, I had to get rid of it even after using lube ,did hold the prolapse in place but the discomfort was just not worth it

The product has had no effect on my cat, it has not stop him from scratching at all.

Update from previous 20/1/2025 post.
As of today we are now into 21 working days waiting for a responce to the issue.
(They said 10-14 days) I am now taking this issue to small claims court under the "consumer rights/sale of goods act 2015"
This company's customer service policy is non-existant.
I advise anyone thinking of purchasing from them to think very carefully.

I purchased the Collagenuis Hair Growth Helmet in October 2023 for nearly £400!!!. The product failed just after the 12 month warranty period. I left a review of the product in January, to warn other consumers as this helmet doesn’t hold its charge long enough to complete a session; and Stress No More have elected not to post the review. One can only assume they’ve chosen to do so because a negative review would stop people buying this expensive lump of useless plastic.

Olive & Bee intimate cream is a great product. Delivery was quick and ordering easy.
