Not working correctly
The product overall is good, however, the display light on the controllers constantly stays on and you cannot see the numbers/symbols on the screen clearly. We did email about this issue but still no reply yet. Would like someone to get back to me so we can get this resolved.

Poor Value For Money
The product was more expensive than a previous one but the performance was worse.The speed of the vibrations was inconsistent thus affecting the quality of the treatment.This was evident from the first time it was used.

Anxiety weighted blanket…that has increased anxiety!
I purchased a weighted anxiety blanket 3 years ago but in the last year I started to notice tiny beads constantly falling out. It appears that over time the weave of the fabric is loosening and has allowed them to come out. After letting StressNoMore know this, they replied to say the warranty was for 2 years and they no longer stock this item - end of story. This product could not have been tested by StressNoMore as they would have found that it had an obvious design fault (with the loose weave of the fabric). So, I am left with a blanket which is no longer fit for purpose, and out of pocket by £93! Certainly won't be buying from them again.
