It was easy to use and I was able to use it on top of sale items! Pretty cool

Student Beans offers relevant discounts to my small family and I. High-Street shoe shops and sportswear, eco-ethical toiletries and student necessities. Entirely different to other discount sites that offer massive discount codes but for high end subscription groceries or designer clothes.

Good way to save money

Discount for Nike does not work. Asked for help and I give my information and still there is no one to help me, the app is useless. No one has responded.

Keep logging me out. Its so hard to get in. App layout is terrible too. Dont recommend to anyone. Waste of space

I loved how quick and easy it was to sign up and I got my discount immediately! Definitely recommend for any student looking for discounts.

Horrible customer support.
Verification wouldn't work so directed to studentbeans support.
Student beans support then directly verified documents but still requested us to resubmit through the site, highlighting the relevant info in picture. Submitted documents with customers support's highlighted info for it to be rejected and redirected to customer support again. Extremely frustrating, inefficient and poor customer support.

I placed an order for a Rituals gift card via Student Beans and I have still not received it. I have contacted customer service 3 times and still have not received a refund or the gift card. I have been scammed out of £40. Do not recommend purchasing gift cards via student beans links, you will not receive them.

I paid for a voucher as a means to get a discount on a website. I haven't received the voucher and four days later I'm still trying to get hold of customer service (I've had one email with a wait-out and nothing since). They don't have telephone customer service and don't respond to email, so I'm having to escalate it via my bank as a fraudulent payment. And I'm getting spammed with emails trying to sell me more despite unsubscribing. I wish I'd never signed up.
